The quality of service here was not good. We ordered our food, and we waited almost 30 minutes before we received it. They set the food on the counter. I just happened to notice the food setting there. The staff was moving slow. Not sure if they were having an off day or if it's like this all the time.

Don’t order delivery. We ordered extra sauce and this is all they give you. And if you take a single ingredient off of anything they just give it to you plain. Order in store so you can actually get it fixed and get a decent meal.

I ordered the loaded fries, and they gave me cold fries with warm chicken on top of it. Cheese wasn't even melted. I ordered two tacos, and they gave me the complete opposite of what I ordered, then took forever to bring them back out to the point where I just requested a refund. I'm not sure if they forgot or what but they weren't super busy to be that forgetful.

In the drive thru for 5 minutes and then decided to go inside. Stood at the register for over 10 minutes and wasn’t even acknowledged. Poorly ran and sad.

This location used to be okay but in the last year it has gone downhill. Wings are always over cooked. Last two times I went I just threw food in the garbage when I got home.

Hi my name is Martina Gibson I was called in by this place for an interview they told me I had the job the number they called me from for the interview I called it back only because they told me that they was texting me some information to finish the application before Monday to do orientation well when I text the number back the person told me not to text a phone text the cell phone I said okay but I text back and say sorry I'm texting your phone but someone told me in my interview that they supposed to send me some information that I had to have the information sent in before Monday I couldn't come too orientation so the person text me don't text a personal phone call the store phone so I say okay but when I call the store phone the cell phone did not work but the number that called me for the interview worth it so I was confused at this point so I waited until Monday after texting a couple of times I wasn't rude I asked nicely can she tell the manager that I never got the text they texted manager and said that they was uncomfortable working with me because I was rude I didn't understand where I went wrong I was never disrespectful to no one and I didn't understand they left me puzzer I did not understand what's going on

I ordered 10 pieces of chicken fingers and a fry. By the time I got home it was only 8 pieces in the box. I kept calling to address these issue but their phone is not going through. Open your order and count it!

Even though Fried Shrimp is advertised we were informed they no longer sell it. Cole slaw looks dead. Chicken is salty. Best thing on my entire visit was the fries and sweet tea! Get it together Zaxby's!
