I placed an online order and went through the drive thru. they told me my food would be ready in 3 minutes and to pull to the curbside parking spot. I waited over 15 minutes so I walked in and asked where was my food. Comes to find out my food was sitting on the pickup rack COLD! Nobody said sorry or anything act like they were slow. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.

I haven't been back in about two years and wow it was such a great experience. Food was fresh and delicious, the workers were amazing and polite. I was just in Georgia the birthplace of zaxbys and this location blow it out the water compared to those locations(visited 2 in ga) will 100% be back. I usually make the drive to Houston(2 hr drive) when I am craving zaxbys I will join be going to this location.

I originally did DoorDash my food was messed up so I still had to drive up to the store now the manager was nice but when I say this not the same kinda Zaxbys I’m use to the food was burnt the chicken and the toast and because I already had to go up there once I just threw it away wasted my money and nobody got me my money back

We ordered take out today and I got a Cobb with grilled Chicken and it was absolutely, perfectly delicious. No skimping on this salad! All fresh and delicious ingredients and it was ready when we got there. We were greeted in a friendly manner. All of the other meals we got today were delicious too. The management and everyone are doing an awesome job!!!! 👌

Crystal, one of the managers curses the employees out when she gets “overwhelmed” I tell my GM and she doesn’t care to look at the cameras or even ask the people that work with me that heard the same thing over 10 times. She lied to the GM. They get every order wrong they don’t care about customer service. Crystal is a big problem. And I advise you to go to canes or even church’s instead of wasting your money on this place. Also the milkshake machine is down and they refuse to fix it so we don’t have to sell them and so they don’t have to spend money. This place is a hell hole. DONT GO. Go somewhere that will actually treat you with respect and get your food right and won’t have you sitting for 20 mins on TENDERS OR FRIES.

satisfies my buffalo wing craving when I don't particularly feel like going to a sit-down restaurant. I have eaten here several times. I find the consistency of the wings can vary. On my most recent visit, the wings were small and they tasted overcooked. They had plenty of sauce. The fries and toast were good. The ice machine was not working for drinks in the seating area. You had to get ice from the drive-thru machine. The staff was friendly.

The chicken taste greasy The customer service was a zero out of 10 the fries were only half of the plate size.
The restaurant was empty and we were waiting for our food for about 25 minutes
And still receive the food with the wrong order
Overall, I will rate this place is zero out of 10 it would not suggest anyone or any close relatives to go to this location

My salad and my favorite restaurant when I go on a trip I look for Zaxbis, especially this restaurant is the one I like the most, its rustic style, super clean bathrooms, very friendly staff. I hope to find a new restaurant in Beaumont, TX.
