Zaxby's is a family favorite. We no longer live near one which makes it even more of a treat. The food is always hot & fresh, the service is friendly, & everything is clean.
Barely had any lettuce, was just a few pieces. And a small slice of tomato. Small like a half dollar coin. Went to counter and asked for more and they just added the same amount. (After complaining in another language!) If they are low on vegetables, they should mention that when people order!
I went here recently on 2 different occasions. Two 3 weeks ago I think the manager's name was Talea, took care of me in a food situation and made it right. The other day Caden was in the drive thru and provided excellent service, in correcting another issue I had with food.
