Almost every time I come here they get my order wrong (drink and food was wrong), and never put sauce, napkins or utensils in the bag, even if i ask .

We ordered at 3:38pm our food didn't come out til 4:20pm. We were the only table in the place. The employees were too busy loudly flirt with each other while a few others were making a tictok. This was our first and last time trying them.

I meannnnn they missed with the cheese - almost completely. I relocated it, and the sandwich was... meh. Average at best. No ketchup for fries, didn't ask. Didn't get the right drink. Just not worth it in a sea of options.
Slowest fast food restaurant around. Popeyes is actually faster.

Waited 25 minutes for my 4 finger meal. Damn near walked in the place to demand a refund, but they dodged that bullet. Food was cold too. This place used to be really fast & good, but now they are slowwww. I will not be coming back even though they are right next to where I live. Stop going there, so that corporate can force a change.

Coleslaw was sour and I typically love coleslaw.
The entire place was disgusting and unsanitary.
Not a single spot to eat was cleaned off. Only a few workers and they were very young teens.

If I could give no stars I would! This restaurant was terrible! The coleslaw was spoiled! The chicken was way too salty! Told the manager who said he would check the expiration date. Shouldn’t that be done before you serve it! Was not offered a refund or anything! Do not eat here it will make you sick!!!

Praireville location. First time eating at zaxby yesterday and staff was great. They were patient while i looked thru the menu. The gentleman at the window even shared with me a little history of the company and were it originated.I had the fried shrimp and cheddar bites they were really good.

I stop by a lot of restaurants while working, but I find myself keep coming back to Zaxby's. The staff here at the Antioch location are always super fast and friendly. Avery knows my name and order by heart.
