For the first time in the restaurant, I like the concept, but when I order my burrito, the cowboy thinks it has a very good taste but very big chunk and is difficult to bite in a burrito it hade cheese but cold beans but cold guacamole but cold rice but cold what am trying to comunícate that at least they can offer warm or heat the food so when you get to the table is not that cold the rest is perfect nice service nice location wish the best

Ordered from door dash and I am very impressed with this place. The burrito is so stuffed and full of flavor, the salsa and queso are amazing, but the empanadas were over cooked (that seems to be a problem with most places around here). Overall it was very filling and tasty! Oh and maybe they could add napkins next time....it was a bit messy but in a good way!!

Things have definitely changed since the last time I stopped by. They have a late night service charge of $2 now like what when did that happen? The food was average to say it’s so expensive. They use to fill the box up with chips to go with your queso but barely any now. Not only that but it’s $2 for a sample sized cup (same size as the canes sauce container). The associate was super nice but oh my goodness, the quality of the food does not match how pricey it is. Very disappointed but I guess it’s best to cook at home nowadays because, these food places only seem to want to rob us of every dollar.

Food arrived with hair inside of the box. I couldn’t even bring myself to eat the food after discovering this. I had to contact Grubhub for a refund. I will not be placing any future orders with this place.

This place and the workers are disgusting. I ordered from here twice and both times there was hair on the chips included in my order. Surely you all can invest in hair nets. Will not strike out a third time with this place. Very disgusting and low standards!!

Tried THE COWBOY at Zippy's. It was okay, but the prices were definitely on the higher side. Expected more for the cost.
College town food! Always hot & fresh! I usually get a beef chimichanga! The ambiance isn't fancy but it certainly is welcoming!

Food was good service was good other than the person who started making my food left it without excusing themselves, luckily another employee took over and was very polite?. Restroom needs work but seems they are renovating so hopefully that changes and the soap dispenser is no longer eye level.

I only gave two stars because I liked the tortilla chips and Advocado ranch. I ordered a “build your own” burrito. I only received a tiny bit of chicken on my burrito, and there’s an extra charge for sour cream (the burrito is already $12.95). Overall, the burrito was below average.
