Great service and great food

I really enjoyed my visit at the Zoe’s in Towne Center. The guy that waited on me; greeted me with a big smile; and smiled at me the entire time; I was there. He was very, very, friendly to me; and the lady that was waiting behind me. I went to pickup my free Birthday Cake; and it was delicious. The icing was very smooth; and delicious. It did not have that gritty sugar taste; like the cake tastes at the Zoe’s on Millerville. I live about a mile and a half from the Millerville Zoe’s; but, I will keep going six miles to the Zoe’s at Towne Center. I will not be going to Zoe’s on Millerville; because the Manager is still very rude; and mean. I told her how the cake tasted; and she said; well the guy does not know how to make it right. I will keep going to Zoe’s where I went last; because that guy was so nice and friendly; and the cake and hummus was delicious.

When we walked in the smell was awful. The food smelled bad. We left.

Doordash delivered the wrong person's meal to my home. Called Doordash and the driver and got horrible service- said I needed to contact the restaurant like it was their problem, which seemed absurd to me but I did. The manager himself drove and delivered my correct meal within a half hour.

A+. Friendly staff, great food and pricing. I love the atmosphere of this place!

First time to visit this location and had to talk my husband into going. Then they leave our order in the window 10 mins before bringing it to us. She said she'd microwave the soup if it was cold. Didn't make a good first impression.

The cashier tried to charge me an up charge for a side dish of pasta salad with a pita when the menu states a side comes with it and I’ve never had a problem ordering it before. When I questioned what the menu said, she came back with a very rude “I’m trying to tell you.....”. I won’t be back to this location. Hire people that care about customer service.

Corn soup tasted good on a cold day.

The staff Mya, Mariah, Gerald, Jakayla really made my first experience a great one. Very friendly, clean and attentive to the customers needs. I would definately recommend this place to everyone .

Ordered chicken orzo soup... Came out without orzo. Brought out another bowl and it was luke-warm and extremely salty. My 50 cent canned Campbell chicken soup at home is better.

Their customer service is always on point! I was sitting outside of their store ordering my food over the phone because it was raining and Ms. Theresa offered to come and get my payment from me!! Of course I told her that she didn't have to but I appreciated the offer. I work across the street at Richard's Honda and we always go there to order. It is always the same when I go there. Everyone is always so friendly. Thank you guys for being so amazing all the time!!

Always delicious, fresh, flavorful, nice atmosphere, and relatively fast.

I got my salad just like I wanted. House dressing 👍
