im sitting in front of the building at 12:37 and they are closed when there store hours say they are open i just think this is very bad advertising.

Last night was one of the worst times Ive gone. Told the lady I want the 2 sandwiches the way it comes. I had to ask her to put the sauce on one if them once I saw her put it in the toaster since I noticed she didnt. "Oh? You dont want it on after?" No I dont...plus the sauces are at the beginning not the end. Admit you forgot it. The other lady kept asking me what veggies I wanted after she put on every single veg, even after her coworker and I told her the way it comes. The service here has been a hit or total miss since before Covid. Wish the other locations were closer than they are, they have better service.

Closes at 9pm. Got there at 850 (which I admit is very late, and I opened the door and apologized) but they said they were closed....if you close at 9...close at 9. If you close at 850, close at 850. Given they were already almost completely done cleaning, I'd say they closed around 830. Poor customer service.
