Lucky Garden is a hidden gem with great food and warm service. Despite a bit of dirtiness, the salt and pepper calamari come highly recommended. The Northern Style duck and duck pancakes are delicious and memorable. The building may be peculiar, but the incredible wine list makes up for it. The food is cooked with love, making it the best dining experience in a while.
