I ordered a cheese pizza and breadsticks it was supposed to be delivered at 3:12 pm it’s 3:47 pm I tried calling the store but had to get transferred 7 times before someone said the store is redirecting calls so I can’t get ahold of the store and they gave me a corporate number that dosent work I will never order Pizza Hut again. Pizza finally showed another 20 minutes after and it was cold and tasted like crap I’m 1000% never ordering anything again.

I’m usually very understanding when a place is short-staffed or busy, but when it happens repeatedly, it becomes a bit ridiculous. Why even offer delivery if there’s no driver available? The estimated delivery time says 35–55 minutes, yet it consistently takes over two hours to receive food half the time it’s a door dasher delivering the food. On top of that, parts of the order are often missing, and even after being told someone will return with the rest, another hour passes and no one shows up. Honestly, at this point, you’d be better off just closing the store altogether.

First time it took forever to get the pizza and the driver stated she was off but took it to us on her way home … it was cold… the second time we’ve been waiting almost two hours and it’s still not here

This locaiton has to close. Its a joke. The good reviews have to be fake... Their tracker always says that its delivered..... maybe 45 minutes after that. Dont expect ANY help or professionalism when you try to call and aske them about it either.

Ordered pizza and took almost 2 hours to get the order. And it said it was delivered and it wasn’t drove all the way to store and was told she was almost to the house I almost beat her back to my house. The Pizza Hut in Benton LA is trash this is the 2nd time this has happened

Destiny at the pizza hut in Benton is helpful, kind & has great customer service. I could hear her great attitude through the phone and pick up was quick & easy.
If I could give 0 stars I would placed an order 3 weeks ago that was supposed to apparently be delivered through door dash the pizza never arrived I called the store was transferred to the answering service the answering service tried transferring me to the store for a total of 3 hours no luck finally got a manager the next day after being on hold for an hour the manager told me he will refund my order and give me a store credit but I have to come to the store to get refund I explained to him I’m disabled and it’s hard to get around he said that’s the only way I can get a refund got someone to bring me to the store he said he refunded it the money is still not added back to my card placed an order last week thinking I had a store credit on my account only to be told when the driver got here it’s no credit of course once again nobody answered the phone from this place smh fast forward to today placed an order it said door dash was delivering order update now it says delivered food was never brought to my house now once again nobody from store is answering phone this is ridiculous

Terrible service online. They make a mistake on the order and you try to call in and get a call center who transfers you to the store that doesn’t answer. No local store number available, poor management isn’t a consumer problem.

kuddos to the man who was working tonight, although he was slammed and struggling he didn’t let that affect his amazing customer service, and the food was absolutely amazing.
