“I love that it's conveniently located, the service is kinda slow but that's ok. The 4 stars instead of 5 is because their earpeace equipment don't work. I had to repeat my order 4 times and get louder and louder and i don't like feeling like I'm yelling. So hopefully they get that fixed. Cus i felt bad for having to raise my voice in order for the girl to hear me. But the order was correct and it tasted fine.”

“I live 5 minutes away and love ordering from Kanpai whenever I have the chance! Their chicken bibimbap is my ABSOLUTE favorite and I get it every time . “We were looking to dine somewhere we haven't been & found this restaurant on Google maps. This is a small restaurant tucked in a small building of offices that you can easily drive past if your not looking hard enough. We were greeted when we walked in & was able to sit anywhere we wanted. Restaurant was clean with a small dining area. We were offered drinks, menu, and we asked about the popular items on the menu. The waitress was very patient and informative about the menu. Everything we ordered came out hot & fresh from the kitchen. The boudin balls were hot with flavor. My wife ordered chicken & waffles. She enjoyed her plate, the wings were very good & fried to her liking. I had catfish & shrimp, the catfish was juicy & not over seasoned. The broccoli & cheese was a nice tasty side dish. While we ate, the owner came out & visited us. She talked about the menu & the business; while keeping us company while we ate. A very enjoyable experience! We definitely recommend to anybody in the area, if your looking for a new taste, or just want to support a small business. Looking forward to returning for some smothered porkchop on sunday.”

“I picked up an online order earlier today and didn’t realize until I got back to work it was wrong. I called to let them know and Tiffany their GM was absolutely amazing at helping me out 🥰 I wasn’t able to make it back up there for a new sandwhich since I already took my lunch break. These sweet souls brought the new sandwhich to me at work 🥹 Thank yall so much for amazing customer service!!”

“I have always loved eating at Olive Garden, but unfortunately, this will likely be my last visit.
Over a year ago, I went to celebrate my birthday with my family, and we were served by Terrance B. The service was very poor: he never offered us more drinks, barely checked on our table, and his attitude was quite unfriendly. At the time, I decided not to leave a negative review because I thought perhaps he was just having a bad day.
However, today—July 27, 2026—I returned to the restaurant, and to my surprise, Terrance B. served us again. Unfortunately, the experience was exactly the same.
My glass sat completely empty for a long time. I asked for another drink, but he never brought it while we were eating. He only brought us two breadsticks for the entire meal and never asked if we needed anything else. I finished eating without ever getting my drink; in fact, it only arrived after I had already finished my meal and no longer needed it.
The most disappointing part is that the restaurant was practically empty, so there was no heavy workload to justify the poor service. I even watched him serve a nearby table with a much friendlier attitude, asking them if they needed anything else.
To top it off, he didn't even bring us the check. After waiting quite a while, I had to ask another server to bring it so we could leave.
I have attached photos of my receipt, my empty plate while I was still waiting for the drink, and the only two breadsticks we were served.
I have always treated employees with respect and kindness, which is why it saddens me to have received this kind of service on two separate occasions from the same server. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback into account, because Olive Garden deserves service that matches the quality of its food.”

“A solid little coffee shop out by Greenacres in Bossier. Met an old friend for a morning brew. I mainly stick to dark roast black coffee, and their blend wasn't in the least bit bitter. My friend had a couple of cappuccinos that looked absolutely professional. Pricing is standard for having your own barista, so when you're driving by, stop on in.”
