Cocina Express Fresh Mex offers a build your own type of menu with tacos, burritos, and quesadillas. The food is fresh and the protein very flavorful. The chicken bacon ranch quesadilla with black beans and rice, Cali burrito with chicken, Street tacos, breakfast bowl, and steak quesadilla are all very good. The chips and salsa are great and the salsa tasted extremely fresh. The Sophia, churros, and sopapillas were delicious. The meals were delicious with very big portions and everything was so customizable. The drinks are delicious and the customer service is great with employees so respectful. The staff was very pleasant. This place is a hidden gem and definitely worth a return visit soon.
