I ordered for delivery well before closing at 9:30 PM.Store called me that they didnt have deliver drivers and Door Dash couldn’t pick it up. Why are you sending drivers home early?

Literally the worst Pizza Hut ever. They don’t even deliver anymore the orders come through doordash and I ordered a pizza and wings deal and they put the wing sauce I chose on the pizza instead of tomato sauce ???? That’s not even an option so the people working up there are just retarded. And any time I go up there they working in slow motion.

I made an order at 8:08PM Wednesday sept 27th. It said 25-35 min. At 9:08 nothing. Took several attempts to get anyone off phone. Was able to get someone at 9:45 was told they were sorry they would have it delivered in 15 min. 15 min later nothing. At 10:30 which was their closing time I got a call that they were sorry they had no delivery driver this evening and they tried door dash but they never came and got it either and I could get a refund. Then guy callas back and said since they were closing he could bring it. Pizza delivered rewarmed tasting barely warm at 11:30PM 3 1/2 hours laters. I logged into my bank account to check everything as well and not only did they charge me the 24.65 which was cost of my order but they also charged me a additional charge of 15.35 which I have zero clue what that was for!! I will never be back to Pizza Hut and we used to order a lot. You would think if they had no delivery driver working that night and someone made a delivery order they would have called to let us know and we could have gone and picked it up and had hot fresh pizza in a decent time frame. But for that to happen plus charge me some additional unknown charge is completely unacceptable.

If a order is made at 9 and you close at 11 then that order should not be canceled that's two hours to cook it and deliver it so what are you doing very poor service

Placed an order for Delivery of over $100 worth of pizza. Got confirmation email and tracker saying food is in the oven. 30 minutes later no update. 1hr goes by no update. I figure it's the weekend they are slammed. 2hrs go by I call and they tell me on the phone that they don't have drivers...... Then they said "we were going to call you"...... like when? The next damn day? You could have called and given me the option to come get it. Horrible service.

Worst customer service ever!!!! The manager acted like everything you said to her was an inconvenience and a bother. She was extremely rude to the customer in front of me, to me and to the customer behind me. She was throwing things, slamming things. Just all around rude. I will not be back.

I normally have no issues when ordering from this Pizza Hut but my food arrived already luke warm I hardly had any pepperoni on my pizza I received the wrong pasta tried several times to contact kept getting routed to an answering service and when they tried to transfer me it kept ringing i wasted 30 dollars on this food
