While driving home I decided I want to stop by and get a hamburger before I get home so I see that Sonic has Smash Burgers on their menu so I ordered the double Smashburger which they give me a regular double cheeseburger with regular patties and cold cheese and I asked them to make me a Smashburger and the manager comes back and says that is a Smashburger why does it look like a regular cheeseburger and it's not smashed it's not crispy it's not thin it hasn't been smashed so I asked them to fix it for me and when they hand it back to me with a new bag with a sticker on it I opened it up and it looks like somebody smashed the entire burger it looks like a fist print is in the bun I don't care what your problems are in life you don't treat a customer like crap just because you refuse to make what you have for sale y'all should be ashamed of yourselves

No stars Today's service was horrible. Pushed the button 3 before anyone answer. Ordered and no response I left and wrote this review. 6:40ish pm today. Someone could have said something. This location usually has good service.

We have been twice this week. First time we didn’t receive the right food. Unfortunately didn’t notice until we got home and unpackaged/unwrapped the food. The second time they were closed a few hours earlier than they were supposed to be. Wish this Sonic was more reliable in the quality and service. The staff is super friendly though.
Hours of operation are unreliable. Arrived at 8:28PM on a Sunday. Was turned away from service stating they were closed for the day. Currently lists hours as open until 10PM.

This Sonic is not open the hours they say they are open. Went here on Sunday at 5 PM and they told me they were closed. Either update your hours online or stay open. Not cool at all. If the business I worked for was closed earlier than the hours reflected my employment would be at stake. Fix it. Also half of their screens are always out. Otherwise the food is always sonic standard and comes out on time.

Everything about this location is amazing, the only downside is the fact that they close early. Every time I want to go to Sonic they’re never open until they’re scheduled time to be open. It is very frustrating considering the next new sonic is almost 30 minutes away from me.

We always visit it. Their service is great. We order monthly drinks and sometimes fries or potato tots. My kids mostly love to buy only sonic drinks.
