Went their to get 2 different sandwiches. 1 ftlong for me and 6in for someone else. So I had 2 separate orders. I was using coupons. But was told by the girl workn with No name tag." We don't do that!" Then another girl came out from back and explained to her I had 2 separate orders. Her name was Terri she came out and said "We don't do that". I mgnd a Subway for 10yrs. I know they can DO THAT. Then when I paid she didn't even tell me my total. Just said put card in and rang it up. They both had attitudes. No customer service skills. No Hello No thank you nothing.

I ordered at the drive-thru thru and we asked twice how I wanted my sandwich! I got home and the sandwich had almost nothing I asked for, and also things I didn’t ask for. I was told the manager was not there. I think the guy who tookmy order was high! I was extremely nice and didn’t even get upset when I was told the receipts were not printing properly, or when he asked more than once what I wanted on the sandwich. It burns me up inside. My son had nothing to eat because doesn't eat the things that were put on his sandwich.

There were only 2 workers working during lunch. Our order was a regular steak and cheese on Italian with veggies and honey mustard. We were given a more expensive Philly sandwich which had no sauce on it at all. we also ordered a churro and pretzel. The churro was dry and tasteless - very little cinnamon and sugar. The pretzel was the only redeeming feature of the meal. I don’t know if the problem was because there were only two workers or what but our meal at home was the pits!

Went in to grab a little lunch. While waiting for me to be served a male was in front of me ordering you could tell he was special needs. He requested that she cut up the jalapeno. She advised ‘we do not do that’ he then replied ‘but I come in here all the time and they always do it for me’ the lady then replied we do not do that’ you could tell the man was confused. He then advised the manager always does it for him. The female manager then replied with attitude ‘I am the manager and we don’t do that. You could tell that the man was upset and ruined his day by not having the jalapeño’s. It was sad cause you could tell he was special needs and this one kindless act could have made his day but they refused to do it. It took them longer to go back and fourth with him than it would have to cut the jalapeños up for him. Then as I was in line I could hear the manager talking to customers behind me about the incident while he was paying for the sub. Very upsetting I will never come back to this subway.

Went there at 5:45 p.m and there were only two ladies on shift. The " ranking one" was completely rude, never even acknowledged our existence (we were the only customers) she wouldn't even acknowledge her co-worker when she was asked a question. Not a customer friendly place. Cleanliness was not a strong suit either. We won't be back.

The lady working there must hate her job. I kindly asked her for fresh cucumber on my salad. She was upset because I didn't want the cooler burned cucumbers that were partially clear that they had on the sandwich bar. I told her I didn't see the problem with it cause I am paying for my salad. She just continued to argue and tell me how fresh her clear cucumbers are. Just was a overall bad experience because she had such a attitude for no reason. I thought subway was supposed to be eat fresh ?

Ordered via the app from my car at 7:30-ish pm. 2 seconds after the order is paid, I get a call that the restaurant is out of Meatballs so no meatball sub (the only sub my 15 year old grandson will eat there). They also informed me there was no Salami for the Italian Cold Cut sandwich. I was not given any options and honestly it was like the person just wanted me to cancel the order. Once I did say I was cancelling this store said they couldn't cancel the order and I'd have to call "customer service." No help or phone number provided. Worst customer service ever at this location. I won't be back!

Before driving over, I googled it and it said the store closes at 9pm. I got there at 8:30pm (so 30 mins before closing). There was 1 lady leaving as I was entering, no one else in the store except for the employee. She asks how many sandwiches I want. I ask her if they offer the buy 1 / get 1 half off (the bogo shown online). She says no and asks again how many sandwiches I want. I answer with 2. She then tells me, "I hope you don't want them cooked because I've already turned the stove off". One of the sandwiches I was going to order was a toasted steak and cheese, so I just told her nevermind and left. - So I guess they leave their toaster ovens on nonstop during the day??? And I know it don't take 30 mins to make 2 sandwiches to go, but apparently I should have showed up sooner if I wanted service. Giving 2 stars because the place was clean.

It’s like all the subways are going down hill there changing there menus and getting rid of the best sandwiches that are selling. I don’t see why they would want to get rid of there best selling sandwiches that bring in business

Yall have substitute ham for Black forest ham that’s is very salty. Somebody could have said that you all was out of black forest ham. I couldn’t eat the sandwich because I already have high blood pressure. I will be returning the sandwich tomorrow. What job has no manager or team leader. You all will see me when y’all open up.
