One of thee best secrets in Bossier City. Try the Henry Hoagie with slliced smoked turkey. sooooo good.

I used to love this place but lately the prices have seemed to go up and the portion sizes have gotten smaller. Spent 20 bucks to get 2 slices of brisket, The food is great there , but the prices are out of control. Disappointed.

It’s Hard to find good quality places that have staff that cares about what they are serving around Shreveport Bossier area.
This little spot has become my favorite Shreveport bbq place. When my family and I dined in the Air conditioner was out and it was a hot day. Luckily the sun was setting and the day was getting a little cooler. We ordered a whole chicken brisket, sausage, and smoked chicken thighs. The brisket was tender, juicy and packed full of flavor. My favorite was the whole chicken for only $10 we had a juicy succulent, well seasoned meal. Even though the dining room was a little warm the food is impeccable.
I will definitely visit uncle Henry’s smokehouse barbecue again.
I drive from shreveport to this BBQ jewel. The food and service is excellent. The prices are very reasonable and the plate portions are good as well.
