It’s Hard to find good quality places that have staff that cares about what they are serving around Shreveport Bossier area.

This little spot has become my favorite Shreveport bbq place. When my family and I dined in the Air conditioner was out and it was a hot day. Luckily the sun was setting and the day was getting a little cooler. We ordered a whole chicken brisket, sausage, and smoked chicken thighs. The brisket was tender, juicy and packed full of flavor. My favorite was the whole chicken for only $10 we had a juicy succulent, well seasoned meal. Even though the dining room was a little warm the food is impeccable.

I will definitely visit uncle Henry’s smokehouse barbecue again.

I drive from shreveport to this BBQ jewel. The food and service is excellent. The prices are very reasonable and the plate portions are good as well.

Best smoked meats 🍖 in Bossier City and Bossier Parish.

This was our 2nd visit. Both times the food was good. Today's turkey was a tad salty but moist. Ribs and sausage was good. Placed order to-go. Service is good. The sides are good. Definitely recommend.

A hidden gem on the north side of Bossier! Both times I’ve been here have been consistently great. The food is fantastic (chicken falls off the bone, brisket is smoked to perfection) and the staff is incredibly courteous. If you’re looking for some great BBQ at a relaxed place then this is your place!

Everything I've tried has been very good they are kind and Courteous they even allowed me to come back and pay for my order when I had forgotten my wallet, you can't beat that kind of service so fro. Now on when I want Barbecue and I'm close to there store they will be the one who gets my money for sure thank you so much the chicken was great
