Excellent seafood! The only place we go to while we are in Louisiana on vacation. Great prices nice selection of food on the menu. They have excellent Poboys. I highly recommend eating here if you like good food. Everything is fresh made to order. Good size portions. Can't get this kind of food where we live in SC. I will definately be going back next time we are in Louisiana.
If you are in Bogalusa and need to stop and eat somewhere this is the place to do it. The house of seafood has something for everyone. Fried catfish and boiled crustaceans are a staple but some of the best hamburgers around as well. The staff are down home friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. Its simply a must.
I hope they would consider opening a location here in Springfield, Ohio. As a Southern Gentleman that relocated here from Hammond, Louisiana, I often find myself craving the delectable, delicious, desireable dining experience of House of Seafood. I only get a chance to travel back home once every 18 months but when I visit home, House of Seafood is a must stop on my trip.
