Chicken was very greasy. This might have been a one time screw up. Popeye chicken is usually very good.

Everything except the restroom was good. It's in terrible condition for it to be a ladies room. Overall, service and food was great 👍🏾

Food was OK (it is hard to go wrong with Popeyes) but the order was wrong. But I have to object at the service Poor lady taking our order coughed (into her elbow, across the register and just about every where else). She obviously was ill. Why she was allowed to be there at all was criminal.

At the most minimal level, she should have worn a mask. Throughout the coughing fits, she tried to get the order right but struggled. Her apologies were sincere. I just wonder what kind of manager allowed her to be there at all.

If I hadn't believed that her episodes seemed less covid and more something else, I would have walked out.

Please please please do not put someone in such distress in direct contact. It was pretty gross. Also don't hide her in the kitchen, cause the cough was wet and messy.

Anyway, all the staff seemed pleasant, even if our I order was wrong... take this issue seriously please. Hope she feels better soon.

I placed my order received my food asked for salt at that point I was told they don't carry salt anymore I won't go back.

This Popeyes is by far the worst i have ever been to. i waited 45 mins for 2 , 12 piece boxes. I was skipped over countless times and the person behind me served. Then when it got to my turn. They were waiting for mild chicken, then waiting on biscuits. It was a clown show in there. The owner should be ashamed of himself for paying folks to do such sloppy inadequate work

The worse experience ever. I’m handicap and cant always go inside. I went through the drive thru and my experience was horrid. Not only could they not get my order correct, but they don’t know the pieces of chicken. I order a 3 piece spicy dark and I recieved a breast , wing and leg. They got the spicy correct. I also ordered 6 wings BBQ and the gave me wing with a small amount of the tangy spicy. Then charged me extra for BBQ on the side. Not only did I wait an additional 15/20min for my order but they also handed me the wrong drink. How incompetent can one restaurant be? I see I will need to stop purchasing from this business, cause I just tossed out $22 of food I didn’t order. I honestly wouldn’t recommend anyone to purchase from this establishment. You do better burning up your money.
