Was informed right off the bat that there was a 30 minute wait on beef. Hubby always gets three crunchy tacos and three soft tacos, so he wanted to leave. Unfortunately, we couldn't get out of line because there were three cars in front of us that had already ordered and one car pulled up behind us so we couldn't back out. So I just got a chicken quesadilla and my husband got steak burrito. Not the best quesadilla but not the worst- he liked his steak burrito. This taco bell has the most limited options compared to any other taco bell I've been to. Probably won't go back to this location unless they bring back the nacho fries!

On a Friday, right before dinner time, this location was supposedly 'out' of their nacho fries. I was told they couldn't do the Chalupa cravings box or the nacho fries cravings box because of this. I've never heard such ridiculousness before...Get it together!!! Extremely disappointed with this location...

Upon walking up to the counter, we were told we had to use the kiosk because none of the 11 people working had logged into the registers yet... they were out of Dr pepper and instead of changing out the empty and putting a full Dr pepper in they just said oh well. I received my over priced chicken bowl which was extremely cold as if just pulled out of a freezer. For two years the few times we've come here it's always the worst service and employees. They are generally out of bowls for the power bowls serving them in cardboard or out of plastic utensils. Really the management must need to finish kindergarten before coming back to work.
Out of everything, do NOT order on app. They won't give a refund .

Every time I place an online order with this restaurant, they claim that the wrong DoorDash driver picked it up.But to me, this is simple. The restaurant is supposed to be checking who the dashers are picking up for anyway. So if my food actually is being picked up by the wrong people each time, it falls back on the employees not wanting to do their job and simply making sure that it's an actual DoorDash driver trying to pick up that particular order.
