They couldn't cook a steak right on multiple attempts We ordered medium rare and one was blue and the other well done. The couple next to us, same problem. The shrimp appetizer was good. The server was rattled, confused and untrained. Finally just got chicken fried steak because after 1 hour if shannigans we were starving. 77 bucks and waffle house would have been better. They didn't discount any part of the meal or notify the manager. We don't look for free food, but a comp wine while waiting 45 minutes would be nice. We're staying at the hotel for 3 days and was really looking forward to our dinner. It seems nobody is running this place. A steakhouse should be able to cook a steak ?

Alright I don't know what happens but they finally brought back the delicious taste of the New York burger, yes it is made of steak and it is huge but it is worth!

11/1/23. Let me start by saying as far as service the waitress was very nice and friendly. My wife ordered the New York Burger and I ordered the chicken fried steak. My wife's burger was almost burnt and she ask for it to be medium rare, so tough she couldn't eat it. My chicken fried steak was good but the mash potatoes had so much garlic I couldn't eat and I love garlic but this was ridiculous and the green beans were cold as ice. There was a older couple sitting across from us that had ordered the same exact meals and had the same results. The gentleman told us they sent there's back and and when they brought it back it was the same. Not to mention it took almost an hour to get our food. So we didn't even try to get ours recooked. Just payed the bill and left. First time and last time won't be back. Very disappointed.

The place looked great but the hostess was off chatting with someone and when she finally got to us and seated us, we realized the prices of the food was OUTRAGEOUS! Waiter came to us quickly and we left. $45 for a 7oz prime rib? Thanks but no thanks.

Unlimited crab legs are pretty good. Needs more potatoes and corn though.

I was on a FIRST DATE at this restaurant this evening. I was eating some cheesecake with my date and one of the waitress’ decided to walk over to me and say, “don’t eat that, you’ll get fat, give it to him instead.” HUMILIATING. I will NEVER come back to this restaurant again.

I was dining at the restaurant last night, on a first date. Things were going great, until we ordered dessert. A waitress that was not taking care of us decided to walk up to me, while eating my caramel cheesecake, and stated, "don't eat that, you'll get fat, give it to him." The food was pretty good, but I will not be back.

Excellent food and excellent service. We come here almost every time we are in Shreveport, even if we don't stay at the hotel.

Grilled salmon plate was amazing! Best salmon with rice and Asparagus I've had yet in all of shreveport. Steaks were cooked exactly how we ordered them. Jason was a great Server. After some bread, an appetizer, and my dinner i had to bring my dessert home. Everything was on point!! Also there's no bathrooms in restaurant you have to walk out to the hotel area.

We hopped in getting two pieces of cake to take to the room to enjoy! They charged me $2.50 take out fee for each piece of cake. What? Absolutely insane, yes there was a sign, (did not see it, until it was pointed out to me after the fact), I was only made aware of the takeout fee, when I questioned what the $5.00 charge was on the receipt. This is totally insane. First time in my life I have been charged a takeout fee, and you are going to charge me $2.50 for each slice of cake. Horrible customer service. We stay at Boomtown alot and have eaten at the restaurant several times. Never again will be eat there.

Do not eat here unless you have 2-3 hours to kill to wait forsubpar food. Reservations are useless, and the staff is extremely short-handed and short-tempered. Service is provided by staff unfamiliar with the menu. Special requests for allergies in our party were ignored. 1800 Prime has potential but only if the entire staff is fired and replaced.Dietary restrictions: Restaurant staff ignored dietary restrictions requested.
