Went through the Drive thru this morning got a ice smooth 7 got to work 1 this was not a smooth 7 and it was not good could not drink it threw it away ...went though the drive thru October 20 had to wait 30 minutes to get coffee this is ridiculous and it's happen many times before.I will just give it a rest coffee drinks have been okay.!!! Went though last night tried it again !!! drink was Not good and not what I ask for will not be back October 24.Im adding went through today Dec 8 got a sweet and Salty could not taste the coffee are espresso in the drink tasted like sweet Milk when will learn .!!!!

The service, the friendliness are OFF, and always get my order wrong bc the music is way too loud. The girl who took our order was honestly unbelievable. She told another cashier to stop taking cash payments because she didn’t feel like counting the drawer—said it out loud right in front of us. No self awareness at all. I know they’re probably high school girls who don’t really care about the job, but there still have to be some basic rules in place. And why are all the smoothie flavors always “out” there’s a hundred flavors but they never have anything on their menu.

Very LONG wait. One line was moving very quickly. Cars in one line were served and moved quickly while the outside line waited and waited. Literally was in line for over 25 minutes. It was frustrating to say the least.

I stop there in the morning for a coffee the employees are so sweet! Well this morning 11/3 I go for my usual a large blonde add cookie butter. I get to the front of the line the girl asked me what was my order as she is handing me someone else order I said this isn't mine well she grab another cup and was told add this she did it and gave it to me well that wasn't mine either. I asked to just be refund because it was the right thing or right size its a small I didnt order that the manager tells me I cant find your order. Im showing her the transaction on my card she hands me a card for a free medium coffee and says yea sorry im super busy and dont have time to find it! Im livid! I get that things happen and can go wrong but thats was super unprofessional. Calling corporate to report things is also a waste of time the number has prompts but nobody answers
