This place needs some love. A better air condition would definitely help this place. You never know with any Arby's if the food will be good or bad. This place is usually good but the atmosphere needs help .

I love arbys. The one in bossier though doesn't have very friendly staff, ever. The inside smells like sewage, has for many years so I just use the drive thru the few times a year I go anymore. The prices are way too high and they really skimp on the meat and cheese the past few years. Today I asked for 1 simple change to my basic number 1...no red sauce on my sandwich. The lady even repeated it back to me. Get down the road and open it and there's the red sauce ?....

I have never understood why Arby's is not on the list of top fast food restaurants. The Roast beef is Amazing! Great sides, choices for the whole family (even picky eaters). Desserts that are wonderful and the best sauces EVER! Go find out how good they are. A little pricy (like everything else) took advantage of an offer on the App. So it worked out pretty well, price wise.
