Been coming here for years, service has always been slow and they have never been overly friendly, but I have always been able to get the same pizza made without cheese until last night. The only thing that has changed is that they prep them in the morning now (dough, sauce, and cheese uncooked and not frozen). When they initially said they couldn’t do it without cheese I said okay I will just take it off, but then I saw it about to go into the oven and asked why can’t we just take the uncooked cheese off before it goes in? The response was no we can’t, which is completely ridiculous. It was a reasonable and completely doable ask, they were just unwilling to accommodate. It is way easier to take uncooked cheese off than it is to remove it once it’s melted. Maybe not a big deal to many, but for me who can’t eat cheese, it is. They could have done it and just wouldn’t, super frustrating!

I’ve been there on multiple occasions trying to get a chicken breast sandwich. I called and they said they only make 10 of them a day. So I waited till they first opened to order just for them to say they are sold out. At this point if they don’t want to make the chicken breast sandwich just say that but I feel they like to say they’re out of stuff just because they don’t want to make it. Mind you they said they were sold out as I watched someone just order the same sandwich and he had no issues. That is crazy.

Went down there yesterday and the 2 ladies spent more time talking by the register than assisting us. They even laugh after I walked off. Not sure what was funny. I asked a question and you can tell the hospitality was NOT there. When I went in the morning, the 1 guy with the speech impediment (not being rude, I don’t know his name) was super helpful. So thank you to him. The food can be better. Microwaveable food. Boudin balls are good.Edit to add: I went back the next morning because I wanted more boudin balls and got back to my room and they forgot my crawfish pie. Also, PLEASE NOTE: please add a sign stating where to order. I’ve literally never been to Bossier and didn’t know I needed to order AT the register. Employees will stand there and stare you down versus letting you know where to order or indirectly just yell to order there. I unfortunately won’t be coming to eat here ever again. Take customer service tips from Dragos.

My wife and I just had the best sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits that we have ever had in our lives here at 4 AM! The staff was extremely professional and courteous. We will definitely return!

Food was pretty good. The servers were having a full throttle conversation about their coworker in front of the customers. … unprofessional.

Food is good for a fast food snack area, but the service is extremely slow. The wait to be serviced even behind just 2 people can be over 10 minutes just to order, then your waiting over 20 minutes for your food. It's this way every night.
