As a mom who procrastinates my way through life, I often scramble for the kids’ birthdays. My teenager wanted a special ice cream cake for her 19th and I was not aware of the extra time it took to make one. The staff at this location did an excellent job making sure it got done ( with a last minute call/ order) and it was beautiful! I want to also point out that Emma went the extra mile with great communication and a follow up note. She is an asset to our local Baskin-Robbins!

Just ordered a milkshake and milk was definitely expired… it was rancid.. how did they not smell that when making it… didn’t even bother to take a drink because it smelled awful

Decided to go on a long drive to explore the city and ended up with a desire to chill with ice cream. I searched and this place was the next in line. It was hot hot day and I needed to chill. Nice setup up and seating outside as well inside. Outside was not desired. Next too many ice cream favours and options hard to resist so decide to go with triple scoop 😜 Fruity ice cream is my weakness so went with it. If you love ice cream try it out especially on a hot day to chill 🧘♂️ Caio

Me and my mom went in Baskins ribbons and the workers didn’t serve us at all.They acted like we weren’t there and it was very disrespectful!

Yesterday, I went in to get a banana split, but when looked over and saw the lady cut a green banana to prepare my split, I asked her if they had a ripe banana she replied this is all we have. Really, I said, "Would you eat that?" So I ordered 2 scoops of pecan pralines and cream in a waffle cone instead. This was not a good experience. The ice cream & cone were not fresh and didn't taste good at all. I should have left when I saw how dirty the counter was. Never again. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. Zero stars!Disgusting!

My boyfriend and I have become new regulars at the Baskin Robin establishment in Bossier City strictly because of the costumer service that we are always provided. I cannot say enough good things about the costumer service, specially from female workers (Sydney, Emma, and Stomy). While among a multitude of rude and impatient costumers, the young women handle every situation with grace and responsibility, and in my professional opinion they are the epitome of great employees. They are also very efficient in there work, create helpful conversation with all the costumers while we were there, and always have a smile on their faces. I cannot state enough how much these employees deserve a raise with how wonderfully they handle themselves. We will be coming back to the Baskin Robins on Beene Blvd.
