I loved how friendly the staff was. I was there for a work party and the service was great. The food was amazing and I have absolutely no complaints.

Over all a great experience would definitely go back i just wish they had gator only links I would love to try it.

I tried calling while In your restaurant, and got same voicemail saying you're not available at either number on receipt or online. I sat for about 15 minutes holding my receipt in the air to pay, but even your staff who DID see me, ignored me as they were too busy chatting with friends of theirs which were blocking the bar. That's bad when employees look right at you, holding your bill in hand up in air to pay, but keep talking to friends instead of taking care of business.
Happened Sat 11th. Photo taken at 747pm. (Female employee even watched me take out of air to take photo, then held it back in the air for another 8 min or so before finally receiving hospitality.
As of November 03, 2025, I have still not heard from neither any management nor the Owner about the terrible customer service experience.

I really enjoyed myself here. The staff were the best and had great customer service. Our waitress was helpful. It was a nice atmosphere and vibe. I had the shrimp po boy and the shrimp etouffee. The po boy was not what I expected more bread than anything with super small shrimp and the shrimp were cold also. The shrimp etouffee was perfect. No complaints.

Spent 2.5 day's in Bossier City just to unwind. Me and a buddy were in total 'Brain Drain' from a 3 month certification class in Mesquite, Texas and needed the 2.5 day break. That was in 2020 and loved every second of it.

With the exception of breakfast, I spent all my time at BeauxJax. Food awesome, beer awesome and the staff was beyond amazing. Remi was our server every time (again, back in 2020) and she was hilarious.

Being a huge fan of Cajun and Zydeco music, this was the perfect spot for me to just unwind.

A little late on a review, but was talking with my buddy and this place was brought up. So, therefore, I thought I better get one in. Hope to get back to Bossier City some day and hangout at BeauxJax again.

The food was amazingly tasty! Two different people recommended this restaurant, and we weren’t disappointed. The Cajun hibachi and steak poboy had great flavor and good portion sizes. The loaded Mac was delicious and rich. We loved the flavor of everything we tried and are considering another meal there while we’re in town.

The food is good and the atmosphere is lively. The only downside is that the beer isn't very cold.

Been in town for work a few times and this is my by-far favorite place to go. Drinks are the BEST. I’ve tried several. These are not teensy little cocktails that are 90% ice, they serve real-sized drinks with plenty of booze and not sugary pre-mixed crap.

Food is also the best. Think of all your favorite Cajun food… they throw all that in some mac and cheese. Boudin. Andouilles Sausage. Shrimp. Crawfish. Po’boys galore.

Ever-watcha-need Cajun deliciousness.
