WOW!!! God wants us to experience Joy. That's what you're in store for when you dine here. It made my day. I had the Loaded Mac and Cheese which our server, Rachel recommended. She was so helpful and Sweet. My hubby loved the Bodine Po Boy. Everything is clean, inviting, delicious, fast, and she gave us ideas for the rest of our trip. Too bad though because we are coming back here. Highly Recommend

I was searching for some good Jambalaya and was told Beauxjax was pretty good. I went there today and sat at the bar. The bartender suggested the grilled shrimp etouffe ON TOP of the chicken and sausage Jambalaya. I went to heaven. What an EPIC dish.

Atmosphere was warm and friendly. Customers and staff all having a good time. We had blackened catfish PoBoys and red beans rice. Both were great however the red beans and rice were the highlight the meal... 10 out of 10 on texture, flavor, and taste! We look forward to returning soon. Staff is wonderful!

Went here on a short trip to Shreveport. Their food was great, and the waitress was very attentive to our needs.

Visited BeauxJax on New Year’s Eve and had a great time. We ordered the nacho appetizer, a few beers, and a gator bomb—everything hit the spot.
The real highlight, though, was Brayden behind the bar. Hands down one of the best personalities I’ve experienced—friendly, engaging, and made the whole experience more fun.
Pro tip: when you go, ask Brayden about the 4-for-1 water special 😉
Definitely a fun spot to visit.

I honestly don’t think the wait staff uses any common sense at all! The hostess sat my 86 yr old MIL and us at a table with the outer door opening constantly, knowing full well the garage doors would be opened shortly. The weather was 40 degrees w/no heat on! The bar manager worked quickly to turn heat on, which was great! When the rest of my family’s food was served, the garage door was opened making it obviously colder! When asked why, the server shrugged and said it had to be opened. Again, the manager quickly fixed this by talking to the owner to ask to keep the door closed. Great! Then the kicker here was my crawfish order was never placed! Instead of admitting her mistake, she promptly said crawfish takes longer! Fast forward 1/2 hr, my family is done eating, I never was served a 2nd drink I ordered 20min earlier, and I cancelled my meal! This is the part when the server got snotty with me! What?! We were treated terribly by the wait staff! We never got anything taken off our bill, nor did a manager come apologize for my missing meal. We felt like all this places cared about was the young bar crowd. Sad because the food was good according to my family. I know it’s hard to find good help, but we were not treated well by your servers. The funny thing here? We still had enough class to leave a 20% tip! We won’t be coming back.
