Bergeron's Boudin & Cajun Meats of Bossier City

Great selection of frozen cajun items to pick up and enjoy later. They also have some hot deli items. I tried the chicken cracklin and it was ok, but I prefer the pork. The boudain balls are great... load up on those for sure.
They also had some different flavors of king cakes.. its my favorite time of year!
The shop has an old country vibe with a butchers touch.
It's also kind of a weird turn in next to an auto sales lot, and limited parking. It wasn't busy when I went on opening hours (weekend).

Come for the boudin and the meat, leave the ''gumbo'' with the tomatoes in the freezer. Also very heavy on black pepper, but great boudin balls and hot food.

The dressing from here looks like dog poop.the green beans casserole sucks never again….the food so nasty my dogs not eating it…

Boudin balls at this location always have meat chunks and are bland. Whoever’s making them need to head on over to the Shreveport location and copy them. They are as close to south Louisiana boudin balls as it gets

If you’re visiting Louisiana for the first time and want to knock out and try all of the foods, I will go here they have frog legs (frozen) Boudin cooked &frozen ,alligator, quail, duck,(frozen) and souse( hog head cheese)

We stopped by to get some to go food. We enjoyed most of our food, except the sandwich the bun was soggy. However, the boudin and meat pies were fantastic! The place was very simple, to the point; the workers were not very helpful. I would recommend the workers become more aware of the customers to help them figure out how and what was available other than looking at the hot food in front of the cash register.
