Went to order a 1/2 pound of sausage. I was told low sausage . Which would’ve been fine. However I was told they were only going to sell sausage sandwiches. Yes , I could’ve ordered two sausage sandwiches with no bread. But the amount of stupidity I had to deal with to be told we can’t do a tray but can make sandwiches. I found it easier to go to another generic BBQ joint. So if you want a side of stupid to go with your BBQ this is your place.

What can I say? They have a life size pig on their sign! That means it's gotta be good. And this place didn't disappoint. It is a hole in the wall BBQ lunch counter. The food was terrific with generous portions at a fair price. The staff was friendly and proud of their food. And they should be! If you're looking for fine dining this isn't your place. If you're looking for excellent no frills BBQ made with love, this is the spot!

The ham and the tiny container of baked beans were the best thing about this plate. The ribs tasted old, reheated and VERY dry! As far as the baked potato, it wasn’t fresh and was only lukewarm but not even all the way through. And this was a little over $40! Never again…
This restaurant used to have great food, but over the last couple of years it has really went down hill. We won’t be eating here again.
Not good for Keto, can't order meat alone. Have to pay for sides that will be thrown away. Meat was good but I left hangry.

I would be rating 5 stars but they over charge for their food the 2 meat combo is $20 before taxes and it doesn't even fill a to go box. I normally get the Sassafras which is only $11 and totally worth the price but charging $20 for a 2 meat plate is outrageous when the box is no where near full. Not only that but it's always a struggle to get the BBQ sauce that should be with the Sassafras sandwich.
