Sushi Gen has become our go-to spot for sushi!! They are consistent with taste, freshness, & quality! I have even stepped out of my comfort zone & tried new rolls that I never would have before (and still was not disappointed)! Tonight they have expanded into my new go-to place for noodles because their chicken yaki udon/soba is SOOOO good - if you’re looking for comfort food to cheer you up then gran an order of these!

Very delicious, everything that we had was 100% satisfying. This will be a spot that I choose to return to anytime I come to the area. This is the best sushi I've had in a long time, and if you've ever been stationed in Japan or Okinawa you know how hard it is to find good sushi when you come to Louisiana.
First and last time eating from this facility. When picked up my sushi the place wasn’t very clean and the atmosphere was really sad. After eating their disgusting sushi I was sick to my stomach like never.

If you get the Hibachi steak tell them you want the filet or you will get some tough meat. Also ask for extra teriyaki sauce bc they don't give near enough. I don't eat sushi but I know people that do and they like this place. The hibachi vegetables are ok.
