This particular Burger King at this time the staff has not been taught to be courteous to customers nor have they been taught to not cuss with customers in the store
We we're barely acknowledged we ate inside, neither I know my sister were impressed with the service or the food

I normally get breakfast from here on my way to work. Despite that, the wait time has been on the slow side, and the workers (males) are not very courteous; the food is normally okay. But for the last 2 days, my breakfast sausage has been undercooked. And not just slight pink in some spots, but pink all the way through🤢. And you would think that by it being nice and brown on the outside, the inside would match (done)🤷🏿‍♀️. When I called this morning to alert the store that they might want to check their sausage patties because they weren't cooked all the way, all the gentlemen that answered the phone said was okay😳. Not well, ma'am, I do apologize, and we will look into this or we can replace this item for you.
No, none of that🤷🏿‍♀️!! Serving improperly cooked food can and will make someone sick🤮, and people pay their money for cooked food, not half-done food. If I go back I definitely will not be getting the #1 breakfast or anything with sausage patties. Do better workers at this BK!! Do better!!😡😠😡😠

I'm currently eating in the restaurant..they are out of all condiments, 3 people received the wrong orders. Out of the last 3 people. I came with my coworker who ordered right behind me..I received my order and finished eating it's been 20 minutes and he has not received his food yet. But they made my order again and called me to pick it up. I hope the owner reads this because his staff has no clue and is making the wrong food and making people wait over 30minutes

They are the most slowest rudest nastiest Burger King and you have to say hello to them through the speaker for them to even acknowledge you and then the girl at the register or whoever answers the speaker she has a attitude and don’t nobody be in the drive-through and you will have to sit there at least 10 minutes before they even say anything to you

I stopped by at 12:30, with no cars in the drive-thru and the lobby closed, just for a chocolate shake. Unfortunately, I was told, ‘Our shake machine is already down for the night.’ It’s disappointing as a customer to be turned away for a simple order, especially during business hours. I hope management can address this to better serve customers who rely on you.
