They make you pull around to the side of the building so the drive-through timer doesn’t pick up how long it takes to get your food. They do this every day no matter if there’s a car behind you or not.

If I could give them 0 star i would. Very unprofessional. I came in because the drive thru wasn't working. Lady at the counter got mad at me because I refuse to drink out of a cup that she put her hand on around the rim. Very low budget. I came in around 7 p.m. if I'm not mistaking this behavior was from a manager. She then proceeded to tell another woman who was a manager as if I cared. I stand on business. Can't say the same for neither of them.

Went to drive thru took a while to get them to answer, when they do they send you around to park and never come out to give you the food.Then they tell me they didn't know where I parked.Very unprofessional.
I have attempted to order through drive-thru on three separate occasions in the past two months, and have ended up spending my money elsewhere. On the first occasion, I waited at the speaker more than 10 minutes. I had to initiate the greeting and was subsequently interrupted while placing my order several times. After finally placing my order, it was repeated back incorrectly at least twice...the order was a burger, a drink, and a kid's meal. I was made to feel as if I was inconveniencing the employee by trying to order my food. I canceled the transaction and left. On the second visit, I was greeting by a male employee, who then immediately began to shout at another employee concerning what needed to be done before the employee could leave for the night. He then asked me for my order, but once again started yelling at the employee before I could speak. I left. The third visit was today, Sunday morning, around 9 am. I placed my order (two breakfast sandwiches and a drink), then drove to the window. There were no other customers in drive-thru, or even in the parking lot that I could see. When I drove to the window, I advised the lady I had forgotten something, and could I add to my order (a coffee). She answered that she couldn't add anything at the window because she was on a timer. So basically, there's no other customers, but she wants to make me waste time by driving back around to place a second order...because the timer is more important than her customer. I canceled my order and left. I was telling my 8 yr old as we drove away that it was a shame that bad employees were causing the owner to lose revenue. But after giving it more thought, it's a shame that customer service can be so consistently bad, and reviews so consistently poor, yet the owners don't seem to care enough to correct the problem.
