Messed up the order three times. The. Didn't give us the full order. Not the first time they have messed up the orders. So don't think we will be going back.

Delicious burger, haven't had in years, I was impressed. Service was fast. wish I could have eaten at the restaurant, but it was freezing in there, I was so uncomfortable just waiting for food. But was still a pleasant experience.

Recently me and my mother went to order lunch here and we were discriminated against. My mother has a thick hispanic accent and she was the one placing the order. I'm not sure if the worker taking the order didn't understand her or not, but when she was ordering the person behind the microphone let out an aggressive "Oh my god". At that point we decided we weren't going to eat there, because if we're going to eat at an establishment we shouldn't be disrespected.We went to the window to ask about this, to which the employee on the microphone did it again. We asked to speak to the manager, who then in turn revealed they were the one who let out the aggravated response and tried to back out of it by saying he only did it "after we pulled off" and kept trying to deflect saying he was talking to someone else, when we were the only cars in the drive thru at the time. We tried to discuss manners politely and he gave us an attitude. Ending in him slamming the window shut on us. Do better burger king, do better.

The original chicken sandwich was terrible. The chicken tasted old. I threw it away. The bread was nasty and it barely had any lettuce or mayo on it. I really used to enjoy this sandwich, but not anymore. I do not recommend. I also called to complain and they don't answer the phone. All this after waiting 15 or more minutes...☹️?

I don't know what's going on here but ordering two whoppers and a kid's meal shouldn't be difficult. Hate to say it this way but looked like a bunch of thugs working there. Kids meal missing gift, cold nuggets, no napkins, cold whoppers. Love my whoppers but I will be hard pressed to go there again. Just not paying attention to detail or trying to keep a meal warm for the customer. Bad,bad, bad.
