My husband and I were in town for family medical issues. While there, we found this fantastic little gem of a restaurant!! The atmosphere was wonderful, the staff were all fantastic and friendly! Definitely will visit Cafe USA when we return to Bossier City.
Food was home cooked and fresh! very reasonably priced! we had the same waitress 2 days in a row and she remembered us on the second day.

We've stopped in every time we come through Shreveport/Bossier area! Great food, absolutely delightful wait staff and they make you feel like you're sitting at home eating with friends. Definitely recommend!
Food was great, had the veggie omlete with home fries.
Noticed that I was seated out of sight, to a degree. A guest that entered and seemingly ordered after me received their food before me.
Atomsphere was fair, full of flags and ornaments, noticed one other POC he was a cook. Would think thrice if traveling with family.
