This is a hidden gem in bossier city best priced Chinese food in the whole SBC and always consistent the menus are faded so you know it’s the real deal. The fried rice is always on point and to be honest they don’t have a bad plate here at all. Where else can you go get full for lunch for $5.22 great service and great people run the store. Do not be off out by the outside of the building or you’ll miss out on a great bossier city classic

My Chefs Special seafood combination was to die for!! I mean, it was really delicious. I recommend it if you're a seafood lover. They dont speak very good English here, so make sure you know what you want. If there's any sort of communication barrier, all you have to do is point at the menu and they know exactly what you want.

Ok so I've been ordering from Chen's kitchen for a couple of years now and never had any problems with the food or service. Until last time that is. My truck was broken down so we decided to order online from them. Of course we know orders take awhile getting here on the 3rd of the month lol. But 2 hrs go by and no food. Called and was told that they were waiting on a delivery driver to pick it up. Okay another hr goes by, still nothing!! So again I call the establishment and was told I could come get my food because a driver never showed up and they'd refund the 7 dollar delivery fee. Um ok I already told them I didn't have transportation to come get my order and that was why we had ordered delivery in the first place!! So was then told to contact my CC company to dispute it and they'd approve the dispute and refund my 25 dollars. So we did that and that was last month. Still no refund. So finally got my truck fixed and went up there today to see what could be done. The normally kind gentleman there looked at me like he could care less and now blaming the service that does their deliveries through their website. I asked about him refunding my money and was told they didn't take my money!!! I then said can't you just make the order again? No again ! Needless to say we will be dining somewhere else from now on. Because that could've been handled better by the owner. Which is a shame because we loved the food. 25 dollars lost for me and a customer lost for them. Most restaurants would've done more

Always good food and service. While there are a couple of tables for dining in, it’s much better suited to take out. Get the house special fried rice as a side or a meal. It’s great!
