TLDR: food is great, prices are cheap, highly recommended. My wife and I live up in Benton and we have determined this place is not only the best Chinese takeout in our area, but also the cheapest. Is the customer service incredible? No. But the other two options in town also don't have incredible service. We choose to drive past two other places to go here because the food is better and it is significantly cheaper than the Benton/north bossier options. We typically get the house special lo mein and the general Tso's chicken. We've gotten other dishes, but those are the best in our opinion. We add extra vegetables to our lo mein and they charge $1 for that. Go give this place some business! It's great.

I called in and placed an order to go, as I do often. The food is usually good, but today when i got home to eat it, my shrimp fried rice tasted burnt, and had a lot of burnt pieces in it. I called them to nicely inform them of this, the owner refused to remake my order, and his respone was, we never had that complaint before, and that I can bring it back and get my money back. I didn't want my money back, I just wanted my rice re-made.
Very good. I travel through about every 2 months. I always stop at Chen's for a quick bite. The garlic pork is delicious and so is the General Tao chicken. The prices are more than reasonable. I recommend Chen's to anyone that likes good food on a budget.
