No matter how many times I use the mobile app. They are still really slow. There’s no advantage in having it. Just go in and order or go through the drive through. I’m disappointed. Food is still good and service fantastic!!

After a 2.5 hour drive I was excited to see a Chick-fil-A as our small town does not have one. My husband is active duty military with a CDL, we were pulling a simple 8ft trailer, as we approached the drive thru we looked for signs that indicated trailers we not allowed, but we did not see one, so my husband continued into the drive thru. We were told to exit the drive thru because they said my husband was going to hit something, so they made sure to make it 10times harder and make him back up with traffic all around us, (which my husband did easily) and exit the drive thru. I just don’t not understand how they will make someone reverse with traffic around with a trailer but refuse to just let us go straight. At this point we were just frustrated, and decided to leave. If trailers are not wanted in the drive thru, please out signs up informing travelers rather then letting them enter, arriving at the speaker and then making them back up and exit.

I Door Dashed some food from your establishment on 11/19/25 my food was dropped off in a timely manner but the pick up was very slow I don't understand how I was notified my order was ready to be picked up when the Dasher was in the store for 15 minutes waiting for my order he kept me up to speed on the wait time

We Love Chick-fil-a. Our last 2 visits were terrible. We both had chicken sandwiches and they were not fresh. I was shocked,next time was breakfast the chicken was not cooked enough and the hash browns were solid grease when you tried to eat them they were soggy. I didn't make this post to get something free. Just thought the company needed to know.
