Worst experience I have had here, the cashier constantly mess up the order. It took 3 tries to get it right. The numbers apparently change throughout the day that despite ordering correctly they constantly gave us the wrong food. The managers were very unhelpful. I talked on the phone to ask about the situation while i was at tge restaurant, but it was a lost cause. It seems that throughout this we overpaid about $5 with all the three mixups they had. The cashier name was named Louis. Please stop playing around with your customers.

The salads are amazing! Hands down. The honey mustard fat free dressing is the best as it tastes good and offers more than half the calories as the other dressings.

The lemonade slush and spicy grilled chicken sandwich was terrific! Yum! The drive through window was opened as a door so the Chic-Fila workers were cold. I just think they should find a way for it to stay closed and use the window in the winter just for the workers stay warm.

Service has really gone downhill lately - they've gotten orders wrong, totally forgot about us once and we waited an hour for an online order. Don't know what's going on, but this location is not up to the regular CFA standard. :/

Placed an online order for pickup at 10:20 for breakfast. The website let me order it and took my payment. My friend went to pick it up and she said she kept hitting the "I'm here" button, but no one came out. She got a message that said to see some. She went inside and got the run around. They said they stopped serving breakfast at 10:30. We knew that, BUT the website allowed me to order it and took my money BEFORE 10:30. Instead of offering to give her the food, they just asked if we wanted anything else. She just asked for a refund because she said they were not helpful at all. I understand your breakfast ends at 10:30, but if you take my money for a breakfast order, then you could've made it up real fast. Very irritating!

I placed on online order and was picking it up through the drive through, they said they didn’t have enough fries for all the food we ordered and didn’t substitute it or give us a refund and took food back when they messed part of it up, terrible customer service worst experience I have ever had from a chic-fil-lay EVER!!!
