“Went with my daughter & family to eat dinner and the food was very fresh, good portions and reasonable prices. Staff was very friendly. Casual attire is acceptable. Seating area is very open & they will accommodate groups/ big families etc..

I’m so picky when it comes to pancakes omg but his are so fluffy and taste perfect not to mention the aroma that was lurking from them!! The scrambled eggs with cheese was the best I ever had because the cheese was different but perfect!! The bathroom is spotless just like the restaurant is!! The temp inside is neutral not to hot or to cold but just right!! Once again the food was amazing!! Thanks for servicing me and my sister!! We shall return when we visit Louisiana again!!“

But what really made my visit memorable was the outstanding customer service, especially from an employee named Bruce. From the moment I walked in, Bruce was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. He answered my questions with enthusiasm, offered thoughtful recommendations, and made sure everything was just right with my order. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in their work and truly makes customers feel valued—Bruce absolutely did that and more. “Food was good, service was great. If I had to pick between Cane's and Zaxby's it will be Zaxby's every time. What makes Zaxby's standout is the great menu offerings, outside the box food items that's always delicious and different. They do chicken fingers well and the limits time offer menu items are always a hit.“

“I eat here quite frequently, love it, and very rarely have any issues. I just wanted to point out that I did have one problem last night with an absent delivery that would’ve been dropped off a little after their closing time (and with them having to use a third party delivery service, it makes it harder on them), so I could not reach them on the phone to explain my situation. I sent a message via their feedback option, and a manager was very prompt in responding and refunding me for the absent order. I always love the food, but I wanna give 5 stars to that manager who handled my problem for sure.“

“My family and I eat here all the time, but, recently, the quality has gone downhill. Our pizzas were all undercooked tonight and thus inedible. The crust was gummy and obviously needed to have been cooked a few minutes longer. I had to bake it longer myself, which defeats the purpose of getting food out. My cinnamon bites, which are a new menu item, had hardly any cinnamon on them. They, too, were inedible. (Pic posted below)
I know they’re busy tonight and are trying to hire more people and that probably has something to do with the poor quality, but it was still frustrating.“
