This place used to be good we have gone 2 times in a months. The first time we didn't get our food for a whole 1 hour plus then we were told by a manger that they would look on the surveillance camera to actually see how long we have been there to accuse us of lying. Why would I lie about the service we were receiving. Then yesterday we went in for lunch and waited 15 minutes there at the table for our server and they never came out. We just left after that. We went to the one in bossier today and the service was night and day. Server was nice and real attentive to us a well.

Decided to take the wife out for a dinner date, I was extremely happy with our impromptu decision of this location. Our waitress in training was perfect and sweet Jesus did they have Picasso in the kitchen? The burger was perfect! Extremely juicy cooked excellently and a TON of flavor!! The fries we perfectly crispy and seasoned!

Trio fajitas and Presidenta Margarita both was outstanding. The bartender that served me was very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. Price was very reasonable.

I ordered a steak Friday night Oct 10. It was so wierd textured and I complained. They gave me a 3$ discount. Come to find out I got campylaboctar. Do not eat here.
The food was okay. Queso was cold, but they did refill it and the second time it was warm. Quesadillas tasted old but were fine with sour cream and ranch. Waiter was confused a few times on what was going on, but got better as the night progressed. Managers regularly checked in on us. All in all, we would have been fine if we hadn’t eaten here. Probably won’t be back to Chilis in another year lol.

On friday October 10.2025... our server MJ at table 62 was so sweet!!! She checked on us and was very attentive. Its not often that you get waitresses that sweet. We left around 8:35pm. I tried to leave her a review on the tablet but i forgot ger name and it timed out on me.
