My mom my brother and i all ate here. My brother and me got chicken strips and fries with some mac and cheese. First they are out of root-bear? Then when my mom tried to order some ribs they didn’t have any. My mom got the mediterranean chicken and when she got it, it was cold..so she took it off the bill. The chicken strips are dry, really the only thing good about this is the fries and the queso. The server was super nice thats about all that stuck.edit: the server didn't make us pay for the drinks so that was super sweet.

Didn’t even get seated. Restaurant was basically empty, maybe 3 or 4 parties in the whole entire restaurant, and we were told there would be a an hour and a half wait. Absolutely ridiculous!

On my last visit, I placed a pickup order for a chicken and brisket quesadilla, and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience! From the moment I opened my bag, it was clear that my meal had been prepared with care. The quesadilla was perfectly cooked—crispy, not soggy or burnt—just as if I had dined inside.
The customer service was just as impressive. The staff member who took my order over the phone was patient and cheerful, and the in-store pickup server was equally kind and professional. Their hospitality truly stood out!
I typically prefer dining in, believing I’ll receive a better meal experience. In the past, my pickup quesadillas haven’t always met expectations, especially since the ranchero ranch sauce was discontinued (which, as a sauce-loving girl, was a real disappointment!). However, this time, my meal was so well-prepared and satisfying that I felt compelled to not only leave this review but also call Chilli's on Bossier hoping to speak with the manager to inform him or her that I was impressed. I actually spoke to the manager, Neka or Meka, on the first ring and personally shared my appreciation.
Kudos to the management and team for their consistency, attention to detail, and outstanding service! One of the highlights of dining at Bossier’s Chili’s has been hearing the beautiful voices singing birthday songs—there’s a real star in the house! She is absolutely amazing, and the entire team goes above and beyond to make every guest feel special.
After enjoying this pickup meal, which perfectly capped off my Chili’s experiences over the past year, I knew exactly where I’d be celebrating my birthday weekend! This visit truly restored my confidence in ordering pickup, and I can’t wait to return again soon.

I like to have a menu when I am seated. Not do it on line.

We waited a long time to waited on. It was not busy. The waitress was very nice. Then we waited a long time to get our food. My husband and I both ordered burgers. They were burnt. We did not send them back because we were already running late. They were eatable even though they were burnt.

Chili's is our favorite restaurant but we feel very different now. We had a really nice waitress, we ordered a beer and appetizers, but she could not get anything to us because the 2 bartenders were behind the bar ignoring all the customers and servers. They did seem to be having a good conversation between the 2 of them. We finally got the beer after 18 minutes. Needless to say, we didn't even bother to order food.

Mostly poor attitude here. Customers aren't appreciated by most of the staff. We are treated as an inconvenience.

Food was way better than fast food, and the price was cheaper and so much fresher. Service and atmosphere were normal, but the temperature was freezing inside! Had to keep on my winter coat and beenie.

Had the quesadilla explosion salad- it was good. The dressing is just OK. I realized I had never tried chili from Chili’s. Now, I wish I had not. It was just like canned chili, actually not even that good. It had a watery texture and way too salty. Very disappointing. Service was very good.

Our waitress was nice but not very attentive. She never came back to ask how things were or if we needed anything. Food was good for Chili's.

We eat at Chili’s on a regular basis. This one had an amazing waitstaff, was fast and an overall great experience. This was probably the best experience we had at chilis in over 10 years!
