Great food, just the serving Line looks messy, and looked mixed up but it still was good food, Dinning tables are always dirty. Needs to be a little cleaner & Neater .😏

Asked for a little bit more meat and of course they said I would have to be charged extra for double meat. I said I only wanted a few more pieces because the portion was very small. I was told “that’s the chipotle way”. Terrible.

I ordered (1) SD Red Chimi sauce for $1.00. The container wasn’t even 1/4 filled. Tasted like oil, no flavor. Disappointed to say the least.

I am a vegetarian and I wanted them to change their gloves before preparing my order. The person at my ask did change the gloves. However, after half a point in preparing my order, he handed it over to his colleague for the remaining preparation who did not change the gloves. It was not very busy in the restaurant too. I probably won't visit Chipotle again as this keeps happening and they are not able to apply common sense.

we were all waiting on more white rice because they ran out before they finished cooking more. The guy in the back of the kitchen complained that the rice cooker kept shutting off, and he kept taking off the lid and stirring it. A few minutes later he dishes some out and mixed the cilantro and lime in. They made my families burritos and we left. I had an hour and a half drive to get home. By the time I got home and was able to eat my burrito, I was very disappointed. The rice was overcooked and mushy in places and undercooked and crunchy in others. It was awful. I also couldn't taste the seasonings in the rice. They need to replace the machine and teach those boys how to properly handle rice and to always taste before you serve. I hope that had they tasted it they would not have served it.
