Chipotle Mexican Grill

The he/she working on my burrito (not ment to be rude just could not tell) scooped up the steak put half on my burrito and then put the rest back. I pray every time I go here that I don't get that person making my burrito because they give the worst portions. My burrito is 95% everything else 5% meat. And if the person who gave me HALF A SCOOP of steak reads this I have this to say to you. YOUR GENDER DYSPHORIA IS NOT MY ISSUE GIVE ME A FULL SCOOP!!!! Please and thank you. This is why as a Mexican person I don't like chipotle. And if anyone disagrees with my comments in this review just know I am LGBTQ so I am allowed to say this.

My food was awful! The quality is horrible for the price. Rice is either overcooked or too hard. They don’t give you the right portions. It’s so bad

Poor girl working at the front was only one doing anything while everyone else just stood around. Beans and rice were undercooked and really hoping the chicken wasn’t.

SLOW AS HELL and the others workers didn’t try to get the line down. One lady said she had been waiting for 10mins or more and literally not one worker rushed to help, next shift employee dragging in, taking their time to clock in

My wife and I got take out 1/26 and we were not happy. I picked up the food and it was cold, which I didn't think much of, I figured they weren't too busy so they went ahead and made my food. My steak was rare, I thought, but didn't mind as that's how I prefer it. My wifes burrito bowl was completely wrong outside of the meat selected, barbacoa. It was also cold, the meat tasted sour, and the sour cream was spoiled.

I don't think we will be returning.

I ordered pick up today. My bowl is halfway full and the chicken pieces are tiny. Every time I come to this location gets worse and worse.

Me and my community made a call to chipotle and this man answered and we asked him if he was having a great day today and he said he was having a great day and then we asked him if he could raise his ya, ya ya, and he did! It really made our night and we were just really happy that he would join our community and raise his ya ya ya!!!!😊

I brought my class here after a field trip and it had great service and food. It was amazing how fast we all got served. The children loved the experience.

P.S. The birds outside on the porch were friendly and the playful children in my class loved throwing chips to them.

My family and I are regulars here. We went in for dinner and we're served scraps. There was no white rice, so the only choice was Brown. This rice was hard as a rock. Terrible! We were not happy and hungry. A waste of money for a family of 5!!

I eat at Chipotle A LOT. Between this Chipotle and the one on Youree. Here, the portions are a lot smaller varied on who serves online meals.

I pickup my burrito today, I ordered double meat and extra veggies, I pickup this burrito and it is the size of a gas station burrito…

This is the first time I actually spoke up and said something about it, they reluctantly took it back and added more steak saying, “that is a bit weird” to my comment saying this is supposed to be double meat.

But over the last year, with this location it’s always been a gamble of whether you’re going to get a reasonable portion, specifically on a Sunday for whatever reason.

I’ll change my review if the service and portions are more consistent. But that was crazy. Add an extra star for making the order right after being asked.
