My kids and I are here all the time with virtually no issues. The two younger are autistic so we generally go early and and on weekdays so that it’s not too crowded and they become over stimulated. Today was no different. They were doing their usual. Maybe 10 kids total including other guess. My daughter (12) is seated and approached by a worker and asked to get off of her phone and watch her kid better be cause he was running and could fall which was a hazard. I notice and approach to get a better understanding. And the same is repeated to me. Mind you who approaches a kid about another kid and how did you know who to approach. She is 12 and clearly doesn’t look like a parent but she does in fact look to be his same race. Strike one. As I listen to the employee how be the same speech about hazard’s a mop bucket left unattended by him pester and insult us is now being played in beside a toy by my other autistic son. He then goes on to say he wouldn’t have approached us but they acted as if they couldn’t talk when he asked them to not run. Well nonverbal does indeed mean they can’t speak their not ACTING. After noticing other parent looking we left embarrassed and out of money we paid for food and games. This was the worse experience ever. I don’t know if I was more hurt by the assumption that this little boy belonged to my daughter because of their race or the fact that my son was accused of being disrespectful because he couldn’t respond when being spoken to. Over just awful customer service.

We had a birthday party scheduled yesterday. Our hostess, Mia, was so incredibly sweet and nothing short of great! She was very nice, super helpful, and even interactive with the kids. We’ve come here countless times previously and we’ve also held b-day parties here before and the employees weren’t always so friendly. Overall she seems like she enjoys and loves her job, whereas everybody else- maybe not so much haha I hope Mia gets the recognition she deserves here! Thanks again!

Went there today for nephews birthday party. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s was refreshing to receive great customer service, and the kids were having a fun time. Very clean, and attendants were cleaning and disinfecting the games. I did’t eat the pizza, but all the other adults seemed to enjoy the pizza. Thank you to the staff for a pleasant afternoon.

Had my baby first birthday party there yesterday and I paid for the mega pack which is 24.99 pre child and I had 17 kids my baby arm band didn’t work and they didn’t give nun of the kids they goody bags and when I call they act as if I was not telling the truth

First time back in some years. It looked like they recently renovated and wanted to check it out since my son got a gift card for his birthday. It holds some of the best memories for myself as a child so wanted to give it another go for my youngest. They made some nice improvements and it was clean. Counter service needs improvement-slowww. Still some older arcade games and classics remain. However, why is there no longer a playscape jungle gym for free play? It’s all arcade games. It wasn’t part of it prior but still a disappointment it wasn’t part of the renovations. There’s so much space to add this back and offer a variety of play options for all ages. Something to consider to draw more crowds.
Chuck-E came out and ignored half the kids, wasn’t enthusiastic AT ALL!! That was the most disappointing was seeing 2-4 year olds not understand why they were just ignored and making sad faces…talk about break your heart. He made one lousy lap walking and you could just tell it was the last thing they wanted to do. Superrrr disappointing.
