We had a birthday party scheduled yesterday. Our hostess, Mia, was so incredibly sweet and nothing short of great! She was very nice, super helpful, and even interactive with the kids. We’ve come here countless times previously and we’ve also held b-day parties here before and the employees weren’t always so friendly. Overall she seems like she enjoys and loves her job, whereas everybody else- maybe not so much haha I hope Mia gets the recognition she deserves here! Thanks...
Went there today for nephews birthday party. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s was refreshing to receive great customer service, and the kids were having a fun time. Very clean, and attendants were cleaning and disinfecting the games. I did’t eat the pizza, but all the other adults seemed to enjoy the pizza. Thank you to the staff for a pleasant afternoon.
Had my baby first birthday party there yesterday and I paid for the mega pack which is 24.99 pre child and I had 17 kids my baby arm band didn’t work and they didn’t give nun of the kids they goody bags and when I call they act as if I was not telling the truth
