Church's Texas Chicken

This used to be one of the best places to eat. But, the chicken I received today was absolutely horrible. It was cold, half done, and soggy. This was not my first, but is definitely my last time eating here. I expected better. Maybe it's the I don't give a care because I'm not eating it attitude. The okra was good and hot though. I ordered it because they had to make it fresh. Otherwise, I wouldn't have gotten it. Clean it up Church's!

You can barely hear the person taking your order. The food was not fresh. The chicken was tasteless.

Be very CAREFUL using their app. I downloaded it and used it at bossier city location, 2 weeks later my account was hacked and somebody's ordering chicken in Arizona. Their app is not safe and secure at all. Food was good though.

Great Deal ? Every Day.. Church's ?

The cashier waits until the car infront of you gets their order and pulls off before even taking your order. This is no way passes as a “fast food drive thru”.

By far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. It’s fast food. My expectations are already low. I will never be back to this location again.I also got to listen to the team fight and argue very loudly while waiting for me food. Wild.

Was in town on a mini vacation and was looking for something quick and easy. Stopped in and the food and employees were great. Will go back next time we are in Bosier City.

The fried chicken is not tasty , there’s no seasoning, flour is too thick , and when you order dark meat box , I would have more legs and few thighs. And too slow taking orders . I rather go to Southern classics, even Cost more at least we get the right order and it tastes good
