I make a stop every trip home.

I called so I could give them my order for pick up and the girl that answered was rude and hung up on me. I called back and she didn't even say hello she just started talking about how she needed to make these sandwiches that I was going to have to hold on, and she set the phone down. I hung up and said to my self. I will never go to this location again. Very rude and bad customer service.

I stop often to buy a quart of plain frozen yogurt. With tip, I paid $18 today. There were so many holes in the way they swirled the yogurt that I came home and pushed the yogurt down and there's a little over half of the quart actually in it. I waited until I got home to eat any. If yall value you're frozen yogurt this much, that it cost $18 for a medium or large plain frozen yogurt, ill just go somewhere else. I could've gotten 2 or 3 gallons of ice cream for that price. The reason I'm so annoyed is that this isn't a one time issue, this has happened repeatedly and only at this location. I always get a quart bc i like for it to last at least 2 or 3 times. I noticed that it was barely lasting one sitting and that's when I noticed all the holes in it, that the customer won't see. Please have someone pour the frozen yogurt that knows how to do it properly or isn't going to skimp on the product and if yall are having the workers put holes in it so that it skimps on the product, that's even worse. This is the 3rd time it's happened where I went home and checked it after noticing holes. That's at least $50 spent when I could've ordered a large each time and saved half of my money.

Counter Culture has the best frozen yogurt in the country. I've been saying that for over 35 years. That's not hyperbole- I have been to 45 states and.put that statement to the test. The only reasons for the four stars instead of five is they put too many toppings on even when you specify a half scoop each and the surcharge for using a card is hard to swallow since their prices are already... let's just say it's not a place where miserly diners would frequent. ? Still, a great place (all of the locations, if you overlook the Youree one being slow as molasses) for great FroYo! ❤️

We were traveling out of town for Memorial Day weekend. I grew up eating this yogurt. I had a guest with me who had never had it.
I was excited to let her try only to find out that they turned off their yogurt machine almost a complete hour before closing time.
In that time we were there, at least 6 customer groups that came only to find that the machine was off and serving no yogurt.
Note to owners, if you are going to post operating hours then you should serve your complete menu during those hours. In this case, you lost at least 6 customer groups. Bad business. I love the yogurt, but operating hours are for a reason. I understand, if your machine is not working that is different. You cannot serve folks. But to turn it off an hour before closing, not good business.
Next time I come to town, I am going to have to call and make sure your open or serving yogurt before coming your way. It was a 15 minutes extra trip to come there, only to find it not serving yogurt.

Regular Humphreys had 2 slices strawberry pieces , 2 graps and a frozen piece of pineapple. More granola than anything else. This was a real disappointment at the Airline Dr. location.

I went here for the first time last Monday and the two people who helped me were so nice!! I wish I could remember one specific employee’s name(it was the gentleman working around 2:00pm on Monday 2/12/24) because he was the kindest person EVER. When I was stuck between two menu items, he allowed me to taste test the chicken salad prior to ordering it which I know isn’t like an act of congress to do but I know most places wouldn’t offer that. Overall, I would go back just because of the service but the food was definitely an added bonus!

Before the lady even made my order I asked if I could change it to nuts instead of banana and she said the tax is different, I said really cause it shows the same price and she said no she would have to charge extra to change it. I have never gone back since

Worst service experience with counter culture ever..

Usually my favorite spot. This time they gave me a Humphrey that had just been sitting. I ordered through the drive through, it’s cold outside and I came straight home as always. This was by far the worst. I had to toss it.

Bananas were brown and the yougurt was straight soup. There was no form to it at all. I mean completely melted.

Strawberries were bad and tasted horrible. I should have checked it as it was wrapped in a brown bag and usually they just give me the container.
