Don't order online through the website link for this page. Your order will be prepared at the Hwy 80 location. Currently rushing across Bossier to get my order during the rush lunch traffic in hopes my Humphrey isn't melted. Super frustrating!!! I sent an email on the contact us page in hopes this issue is fixed immediately to avoid frustration for others in the future.

Did not care for the yogurt thing they put honey on. I'm sure it would have been better without the honey.

I went here for the first time last Monday and the two people who helped me were so nice!! I wish I could remember one specific employee’s name(it was the gentleman working around 2:00pm on Monday 2/12/24) because he was the kindest person EVER. When I was stuck between two menu items, he allowed me to taste test the chicken salad prior to ordering it which I know isn’t like an act of congress to do but I know most places wouldn’t offer that. Overall, I would go back just because of the service but the food was definitely an added bonus!

Before the lady even made my order I asked if I could change it to nuts instead of banana and she said the tax is different, I said really cause it shows the same price and she said no she would have to charge extra to change it. I have never gone back since

Their "frozen treats" are always good, but I recently had some of their food...was very yummy! I think I am a customer for life (much to the detriment of my waist) !!

I love this place. The Avocado Delight with Roasted Red Pepper Gouda is a Meatless eaters dream.

Unfortunately, this is the worst location. My mother & I go here from time to time and we always have a problem with this location. Today's experience was the worst of them all. My mother ordered a medium cup of yogurt with honeyand pecans. She specified that she would like the pecans on the top & bottom but not extra toppings. The cashier did not do what she asked...He put a few pecans in the middle and a little honey around the sides of the cup. She was charged $3 extra (as you can see on the receipt) so we went back to the drive through to talk to someone about it. He rudely said that he did what she asked & proceeded to hand her an empty cup to dump her yogurt in so he could prove that he added lots of pecans. She declined and drove off. This will be our last time visiting this location. If you want it made right, go to the Youree Drive location

Counter Culture is a normal stop for us when we come to Bossier. However today I had a bad experience. I asked for my PECANS to to be put on the top and bottom of my cup. 1st of all when I got my yogurt I was searching for the pecans which I was charged extra for. I went back to the window to address the issue, the young man who prepared the cup came to the window insisting that he had put the pecans on the bottom. He bought a cup to the window & told me to dump my cup into it & I would see the nuts. Instead I stirred the yogurt and still could not find them. If the yogurt was free I would not complain. However I was not only charged extra for the pecans but I was charged extra for the honey that I did no request an extra amount of. I was very unhappy with their attitude & customer service. Will not be stopping by again!!

The window guy was nice and quick. I doubt I revisit simply because the vanilla tastes like lemon flavor. It really clashed with my grandson's Oreo drizzled on it if you can't do yogurt that tastes like vanilla, don't call it vanilla. TCBY in Arkansas sold vanilla yogurt that was wonderful. Sorry for the average review. The consistency was good and so was the service, but lost two stars for the taste.
