Bossier has the best crawfish at Crawfish Tyme. Noi, Phillip, Cam, Kaitlyn, and the whole crew are the bomb. I'm welcomed and they make me feel like their only client sometimes.
When you ask for spicy, they understand the assignment! It’s always fast, fresh, and reasonably priced. Their crawfish is full of flavor and spice that isn’t just salty! Best in town for sure!

This place actually seasons their crawfush and shrimp well. Spicy is spicy, not bland. Prices are a little high this season for shrimp, $18.99 lb for shrimp. $5.99lb for crawfish, which is fair. Will say that it is not locally sourced. Corn and potatoes were great. Sausage had a nice flavor, but I did not like the big fat pieces in it, though I know others do....
