Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Came in today at lunch and two employees were smoking weed on the job just outside the back door while I was trying to place my order. I was so disgusted I took off without placing an order. Y’all need to clean house. I realize it’s hard to find good help but Jesus Christ give me a break!

The chocolate milk shake was delicious 😋 Also the cheeseburger

The staff was not friendly. It was completely dirty. I'm front of the soda machine was spilled drinks and garbage. The garbage cans were overflowing.

Change their ice cream. They went to ice milk instead of the good ice cream we are used to. Guy said it was because the machine was so old. This is in Hot Springs Arkansas

Just went here to get tacos for lunch which are usually really good but they where disgusting today, had a moldy chemical taste, and a long black hair under my taco so i just threw it all away. Shameful!🤢

There was a group of us that went and had lunch, the staff was super friendly, and informative on the menu and even had a ciu ask for tacos which were not on the screen and he got 3 which he enjoyed, we all enjoyed our visit and will be back

Speaker in drive-thru was broken. There was 1 car in front of us. After 15 minutes we left.

The food was really tasty. They let me add to my order last minute as I pulled up to the window, which I appreciated.
Didn't care for the new shake flavor which was a white chocolate, something or other.

I must give this place 5 stars. While they are a little more expensive than other fast foods, the taste of their food has remained the same every time I go. It's not like when you visit BK or McDs, you wonder if the burger is going to be dry or if you will be able to find the meat because it has gotten SO thin. Not this way here SO FAR. To be absolutely honest, I don't want another burger at the two I mentioned but will visit Wendy's and DQ.
