The catfish was so thin that you couldn’t even taste it We were told by the waitress that Jenny is now cutting the fish even smaller and you couldn’t even taste the fish because it was so small just left there and we are still hungry lol and we spent about $50 for lunch for me, ma.& my sister And when you were ready to pay my sister was standing at the front counter
to pay her ticket and A man just walked up to the cashier and laid his money down on the end of the counter and walked away She looked at my sister & said I’m going to check him out next That was so wrong on all levels
Needless to say We will ( NOT) be going back

I truly believe that they don’t care whether we come back or not Our waitress stated that a lot of customers have been complaining about the fish. Well I truly believe that they are passing that nasty swai fish off as catfish. They really need to close their doors if you ask me. These days owners are upping their prices and downsizing the product at the same time. Do one or the other. You definitely don’t get what you pay for anymore. All of you that voted for that man called trump can thank him.

We drop by David Beards on Village Ln Bossier City, LA for drive thru recently and were very pleased. The menu board was large print and very readable and the speaker worked properly. The lady taking orders was super nice and the wait was short but the best was yet to come. We got home opened our boxes and they were stuffed with nice hot Catfish, fries, beans, cold slaw, tomato relish and hushpuppies all were absolutely delicious. I’ve never felt more unwelcomed and unwanted in a restaurant. When we got there 1 hour before they closed, they rolled their eyes at us and refused to serve us. Highly recommend to skip this place off of I-20 from Shreveport.

Used door dash to have delivered to hotel and it was great catfish and fries and beans and rice with hush puppies and coleslaw.
They always had whole fried catfish. But u had to ask for it. Not on the menu and the waitress argued that they never had it.

Food was phenomenal and waitress was kind. Such a cozy homey feeling. Makes it feel like visiting my momma for good Cajun food. Definitely worth a trip if not more than 1.

The food was very good. However there was a waitress there that had a major attitude. She was picking and choosing what tables you wanted to wait on. The manager had to come over and wait on us because of her behavior. That alone will make a dining experience negative for me. Even after I asked her for napkins she refused to bring them to our table. I normally eat there when we go to town but if I see her there it will probably be another negative experience for me. Aside from all that the food was good and it was fresh.
