You absolutely have to visit this restaurant! Incredible food, GREAT customer service, and the friendliest staff. The manager on night shift Chris was very helpful and amazing. He made me feel very welcome, he was very knowledgeable and polite, and well mannered, he even recommended a dish we must try. That's how you treat customers. Thats what makes me come back every time.

Went in to pick up a door dash. I told the lady with the gold teeth in her mouth that I had a door dash. The older had been sitting in the window when I got there. She proceeds to steady walk back and forth not acknowledging the guest nor the order that's sitting in the window. The she goes to bag of another just came up and not the one that's already in the window ready. Which is the door dash order. The order was suppose to be pick up at 12:02 I didn't get the order until 12:21. When the order was already in the window when I walked in.

We love Denny's it's our go to place in the evenings the Manager on duty was a young man name Chris he was helpful in our decision making We ordered steaks which were incredible I highly recommend this business their customer service is second to none and the staff is not only friendly but highly skilled We can't wait to go back .

too be honest i have never ate at Dennys until i visit Dennys in Bossier City LA on today January 14th, 25. in town for work, the services was absolutely Awesome, my server was so nice and friendly, and the cook who prepare my order oh my goodness, food was so delicious, i order the Bourbon Chicken. top notch services

My previous order was not cooked the wy I requested and after having spoken to the manager, she was more thank happy to remake my order to my liking. The gentleman who cooked my order, Justin, went above and beyond to make sure it was prepared to my liking. The initial Manager On Duty that I spoke with, Kevin, was very patronizing and not helpful in the least. He went as far as to try and tell me what the store manger would say to agree with him....guess what, he was WRONG! Nonetheless, this is a GOOD review appreciating those who are willing to acknowledge and correct mistakes! Thank you Nancy and Justin for superior customer service! I will return on Sunday afternoons!
