Good food with reasonable prices. I just wish it wasn't such a pain to get in and out of the parking lot. Also the last time I went they were out of ribs. How does barbecue place run out of ribs? LOL

Two weeks ago I purchased the Westerner Sandwich which was suppose to come with cheese. I did not receive cheese on my sandwich so I called to ask about it and was informed that I would receive a free sandwich. (Was not my intentions of calling just wanted to get cheese added to my sandwich) So the gentleman whose name I can’t remember took down my name and phone number. So I go to Dickies today January 7, 2020 at 1:15-1:30 and spoke with some lady who asked me a bunch of questions that were irrelevant to what I was trying to tell her and then proceeded to tell me that only her and the owner would have the ability to tell me something like that like I just made the whole thing up! I don’t have to lie about that I paid darn near $12 for!!! I was very displeased with her customer service skills and don’t know if I will be returning.

We have always liked Dickeys but today was bad. The jalapeno cheddar sausage I had was cold like it came out of a refrigerator and the cheese inside it was not even melted like it hadn't been cooked. My boyfriend has for sliced onion and the guy serving the sides said they were out of onions. A few minutes later a lady employee said there was onions and the same guy said yeah, but they hadn't cut any. This was truly poor customer service and cold meat is unacceptable. I wont be back.

Love Dickey's BBQ. Love the chopped beef sandwich however, the meat needs to be chopped finer. Fried onions called tanglers really good. Don't go late and order the spicy beans. They were so thick and dried out it was like they'd been sitting in a pot on a hot stove all day.

The food is very good, but we had to stop going because it was so inconsistent.
The food is usually pretty good most of the time but the servers always look like they are utterly miserable. They mumble when they speak as well.

I must say I've had way better .Too pricey for the amount of food given. The ribs were small, I ordered the baked beans and mac n cheese as a side which tasted as if it was straight from a can. Very disappointed because my total was over $21 and there was barely enough food to share with my toddler.
