Terrible service. Long wait time steaks got burnt twice they brought the rolls when we where already done with our meal and the fries came when we where already paying to leave. Never coming here again

We were shocked to be served Sister Shubert frozen rolls as our bread. Really! I serve those at home on any given day. The steaks were okay but served on huge plates and then the potatoes came out later on another plate. The potatoes were not hot. Yes this is not a place that I would recommend for the price. If you are looking for a great experience, go to the Vintage at the El Dorado.

Idk where to start. Lol 35 dollars for a 10 oz. Ribye that's advertised as 14 oz and only 1 side offered. The you can get everything on this small menu at Texas roadhouse, triple the portion for a third of the price. Asked for Med Rare, they must have cut it off the cow, the plate is the size of 2 foot balls with 1 tiny steak on it. No business yet it took forever for someone to serve us and bring us bread as an appetizer and they were out of 3 of the 8 things on the entire menu.

My wife and I came here for Valentine’s Day weekend and was a little concerned due to the reviews. But after having the filet and shrimp, I have to say that was one of best steaks we’ve ever had. It could’ve been cut with a fork if needed.

First, let me start by saying the prices here are on par with other top end steak houses in the area. Having said that, the food here isn't too bad. Personally, I'd save $20 and go to Texas Roadhouse. This is an establishment desperately seeking to be something they are not. On one hand, it feels like this place is desperately seeking status as a Michelin Star restaurant. On the other, there are painting on the wall for sale, which I find incredibly tacky. The waitstaff is OK, but not overly professional. We could here two servers discussing internal business in the dining area and our particular server was too attentive. It almost seemed like she was desperately seeking our approval. For the money, there are more enjoyable places to eat.

Came in sat for 10 minutes before we even got someone who was NOT a waitress nor waiter filled our glasses with water. Then my family and i waited another 10 minutes wiyh no one even acknowledging us. Keep in mind people were continuely walking past us. It was no simple fact that they didn't see us we were sitting between two tables that were getting waited on!!!! Will not go back and do not recommend anyone going there!!!!!! Just completely awful!!!!
