We've stopped by Don Juanz the last couple trips to Bossier City. We really like this place- coming from Texas, it's great to find an authentic taco shop that takes such pride in their food and drinks! We always find the taco's, whether shrimp, Al Pastor, Carne Asada or the Chipotle Chicken- to be fresh, hot and delicious. The service is always great and the owner is very attentive to his guests. We are hooked on the El Don Juan margarita! Its one of the best we've ever had and worthy of its top shelf designation. Don Juanz is now on our "must have" list when we make the pilgrimage home.

We have been frequenting here for many years. The food is great and the service is even better. Mikey and Rai always know what my order is without me telling them, and Delvis always comes by and checks on us to see if we need anything. A great overall experience!!

My only regret about this place is that I hadn't come here sooner! Ordered the yellowfin tuna tacos and one of their signature margaritas, and everything tasted freshly prepared and fantastic. The fish was fresh and the tacos were fully loaded, so you definitely get a full serving from 3 for a very reasonable price. (The pic I took is missing one of the three tacos because I literally couldn't wait to chow down).Service was also awesome, everyone was very kind and attentive, I really appreciated them!I will undoubtedly be back any time I get fish taco cravings.

I ordered a steak burrito an honest it’s definitely not worth it. I love Mexican a this by far the worst burrito I had in a while a they don’t give u enough steak in the burrito for 13 dollars. But on the flip side at least the customer service was

I could probably eat two servings of fajitas on my own. A fantastic meal. Also nice to be able to have easy access parking and walk right in and order. They're fast-casual here, but put out better food and margarita to table service better than full-serve restaurants. Delvis was always there with another margarita whenever I needed it and they cleaned the table for us while we watched the game.

The queso vida loca is not to be missed. It's hard to beat their queso, but they managed to do it by adding ground beef and pico in it which knocks it out of the park.

Chipotle chicken tacos were delicious with fire-roasted corn. They’re award winning margaritas are dangerous, two is the limit. Don Juanz always delivers, solid Cali-Mex when you’re in the mood.
For 18 years this simple, but oh so good baja bowl is my favorite. I think these guys were the first to come out with a bowl and now others have followed. It's still under $10 (barely) and made with either chicken, steak or seared ahi tuna. The steak is the best.

The grilled chicken tacos were great along with the fish tacos. The picante sauce has the perfect amount of heat (for most ?). The queso is likely what you will expect it to be. The restaurant is clean and the staff friendly.

Food is immaculate prices are very high. People are a bit strange like the lady will stare at you while eating but the other guys are nice! Nice ambiance and open seating. Menu is a little confusing and packed but parking is big open parking lot. Overall love eating here! Would recommend!
