Excellent restaurant. Impeccable staff all around. CIERA is truly a diamond that made our dining experience even more enjoyable.SUGGESTION - put grilled garlic parmesan baguette as an option to the menu.

Food and service were so good that we went 2 nights in a row. Our server Marcus was amazing for being the only server for a party of 25. The oysters, gator, and crawfish pasta were excellent. However, the red fish was a bit dry.

Had the chargrilled oysters which I typically love at other locations. There was a lot of cracked oyster shell fragments in the oysters. I had to chew really slowly to not crack a tooth. Also they had a ton of beer taps but not one IPA.

Ordered fish/jumbo shrimp and fries - all came out warm. Horrible.. if having a wait expect fresh food. Oh, not to add the dish was $33Shrimp and crab pasta - but not crab...waiter said they blend the crab with the sauce. So that's just shrimp pasta. The shrimp still had the poop inside, so I basically had noodles. For the price, clean the shrimp and advertise correctly

Food was good. Service was a zero. Sat for 30+ min with no water refill, offer of drink, clearing of plates, or check offer, all the while many employees stood around.. I will forgive and give another chance... and delete this, if better next time...

This place was not good. Started dinner with the charbroiled oysters and the flavor was lacking and they were gritty. Ordered the Lobster and Steak for my main entree and you would think spending $50 on an entree it would be really good to great. Filet was over cooked and bland. You can get a better steak at Texas Roadhouse. The lobster was bland. The mashed potatoes tasted like instant potatoes. The spinach was bland. Spent $150 and can get better tasting food at Chilis. It’s like they completely forgot to season anything on my plate. Will not ever go back.
WAY overpriced for below average food. The only flavor I could taste on the Mediterranean Fish (red fish) was FISHY, didn't taste fresh at all. For $29 I figured I'd be getting a quality meal. And to add a filet to your lobster is $17.99 for literally THREE bites... Multiple of us at the table had broccoli as a side, it was served cold and had no flavor. My rosemary potatoes were cold as well. I hate to give a restaurant such a poor review but the food was so bad and the prices were way too high. The only good thing we tried were the charbroiled oysters. Our waitress was super nice and sweet though, and the restaurant is spacious and pretty.

So disappointing to plan a dinner night with all of my coworkers because all you can eat crab legs were advertised for the entire month on Thursday nights, then show up on the second to last Thursday of the month and apparently decidedto sell all the crab the previous Saturday. We work an hour away..... and all but 2 people that came have to work tomorrow. One person was upset enough to leave. Our food was hot and came quick, but the checks took abnormally long to be rung out. And the food was not worth the high prices. As pleased as I was last September when I came with my husband and daughter, I doubt I or any of my coworkers will be returning. I feel bad for even suggesting the night out to begin with. The staff seemed unhappy and I'm sure they were tired of all of the complaints about the restaurant not providing the services they advertised. The staff and customers deserve better than what they received tonight. I hope this makes it to the people in charge.
