I’m at a loss for words after my experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts location (1701 Jimmy). On a Saturday morning, I walked in expecting the usual variety of donuts that Dunkin’ is known for, but to my disbelief, the only option available was glazed. That’s it—no other flavors, no variety. How does this even happen at one of America’s most iconic donut shops?
Whoever is managing this location seriously dropped the ball. Proper ordering, production, and supply of donuts should be the bare minimum for a Dunkin’. This was a major fail, and it’s making it hard for me to defend Dunkin’ against the Krispy Kreme crowd when you can’t even offer a selection. Get it together, Dunkin’.

Well for starters they didn't have a plain bagel for my sandwich (like I ordered) I had to get a sesame one, then they didn't have a chocolate sprinkle donut (like I ordered) they said that they only had strawberry (Korbin said that was fine) but it didn't have sprinkles on it. The kid gives me my food and I'm still sitting there waiting and he asks what I was waiting for, I told him my drinks, he said oh what did you have and of course my smart ass told him that he would know what I ordered if he hadn't crumbled the receipt up and threw it away before he was done with my order. ??♀️? I had to show him what I had from my app

I love Dunkin! I give 4 stars because the wait can randomly be quite long, but I generally get good service and the folks are nice.
They must be very short staffed. This whole week I’ve come, the line has been ridiculous and does not move. I went inside one time, 3 workers all moving in slow motion.
Hopefully they can find help or just put a little pep in their steps. It use to not be this way…

Could be 10 people in the drive thru or 1 regardless they take their sweet time . Usually mess up something in the order or the food just straight up isn’t good . Never been here and had a donut that was even Remotely fresh

Donuts were great. Service is ok. There was someone in the back with a really loud and squeaky voice that made it hard to hear the counter-person when they spoke. The place felt like a freezer inside.
