Messed up my drink taste like water won't answer their phone. Had to repeat my order 5 times. They scared of the other 2 cars in front of me should have took the clue
Since this place has gotten new ownership it has been HORRIBLE. They cannot keep staff and it takes forever to get an online order or drive thru. Today I came by hopeful that it wouldn’t be so bad. Boy, was I wrong. I waited in line for 20 mins just for the employee to tell me that I could only place an online order. She told me that they were so back up because there was too many orders and only two employees. Never fails.. worst location. SOBO needs to knock this building down and put something better that we could all benefit from. Not sure how they’ve stayed afloat this long.. DONT VISIT THIS LOCATION unless you want to waste your time.

Don’t waste your time or money here I’ve been here several times due to location close to my house and it always takes at least 10 minutes for a coffee through the drive thru and food is always cold. I started making breakfast and coffee at home because this location is beyond slow just forgot this location exists

Would give 0 if I could. Everyone there has attitude and never knows what they are doing. Food is always wrong and make like a 4 year old put it together. Matcha is NEVER good neither is coffee it’s always extremely bitter like they’ve ever made either in their life. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY.

Lately they have gown WAY downhill. Got a latte today with what had to be expired milk. Most drinks are mostly milk and never have the amount of espresso they should. One guy argues with you if you ask for less ice (claims not possible?). Asked to add one thing to my order the other day and the girl at the window looked at me like I asked her a complex math question or something and wouldn't even answer or ask someone for help. Ever since the current owner (NFL player supposedly?) bought this location, it's been pretty bad. When locals owned it, everything from food to service was 100x better. Now it seems to be run by kids who don't know what they're doing, they don't seem to know what customer service means and act like they don't care at all.

We've gone here occasional since they opened... this last visit was a mixed bag.
The store was clean, food good, friendly employees ( Karen, Lori, and the manager), buuuuut...... the selection of donuts was like only 5 or 6.
The donut and Refesher drink were good enough, no complaints.
Over the years, I've seen issues at this place. It comes down to the owner. The times I've been, the employees do the best they can - this has been my observation.
The owner is ultimately responsible for repetitive failures. It comes down to profit. Whatever this owner is doing, it's wrong.
Again, today's visit was good !!
Construction on the Jimmie Davis bridge (Sep 25), kinda makes traveling a bit slower. That whole road off affected and will be for a while.

Disappointed. My coffee was so watered down. It was a whole cup of ice. But even before the ice melted, tasted like coffee flavored water. And our donuts were not fresh, tasted like they were from the day before. Idk if we went too early. & they didnt start making them yet. 🤷♀️ yuck. Disappointing!

What's the point of getting a large drink when they give you a medium amount of liquid in it.
I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Dunkin’. I was served a bagel with visible mold on it. I contacted corporate right away to report the issue, but never received a response

Went with a friend, she ordered two large cookie dough ICED COFFEES. The girl gave us the FROZEN ones instead, wouldn’t have been a big deal if they didn’t taste extremely bitter and sour! We placed another order she rolled her eyes and went to make it but never put it out, when asked about it rolled her eyes again huffed and said “I guess I can make them” the whole time she was too busy talking to a friend in the lobby while the other guy was busy stocking and taking drive-thru orders. She was horribly rude and couldn’t be bothered to apologize for HER MISTAKE.
